I've mastered musician and dancer, and I'm making a mind buff containing buffs from both elements, my current one is 10 minute music 10 minute dance, @ 10 second flourish interfolds. Can I decrease the time and maintain a powerful buff?

Thanks for the help and please no afk hating spam.

You probably wont get much help here due to the fact that many of us are discussing things that can be implimented in order to stop buffbots from further ruining the profession for ATK players.

Lol

1. Letting a keyboard doing all theh buffing while your afk....is not helping another entertainer, you see...you actually have to entertain to be an entertainer. Hence the term buffbot (I would think you guys would know the basic concepts here)

2. Macro most use for music? It's a pity you do not try to do that thing we called entertaining. No, most musicians tend to be just a taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad more creative with songs.

Anistasio,

Just curious but is there a reason you're dredging up old threads? I mean other than to attract attention.

You know, you could have just bought Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic, and played as a Jedi WITHOUT having to do all that work. And it's cheaper.

Ahh this thread has already cracked me up so I just had to come out of hiding and post.

Who was it that said we were "stuck up ATKers"? What does that make them, a stuck up AFKer? Which really makes them a stuck up NPC? Is that even possible...? My mind boggles at the mere concept.

It's true that someone who just buffs for hours and hours is not an entertainer. To be an entertainer one must entertain, and buffing is not entertainment. Buffing is an un-appreciated service which people believe they are entitled to just because they breathe oxygen.

By the way...

Personally just because I'm an entertainer doesn't mean I'm all "oooh ahhh!" about Jedi. Have you looked at yourself while dueling? You look rediculous! If I want some Jedi action I pull out Jedi Academy, or go outside and duel with sticks. That at least looks a little nicer.

Kudos to live entertainers. Keep being "stuck up." If we aren't, who will defend our poor profession from the nasty stuck up NPCs?

I agree with Valaxis. Jedi are lame. Unlike in the movies, the most likely people to become Jedi in this game are particularly antisocial, vacantand immature people whohave an unhealthyobsession with combat - precisely the sort of people who are dissuaded from becoming Jedi in the movies. I guess that's what comes with the dissolution of the Jedi council - now any idiot can become a Jedi.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since June 2004, running one of the game's first completely nonviolent characters. Testing the limits of non-combat MMORPG play and trying to have fun into the bargain (although the developers make it difficult).

Combat is no longer compulsory.

You said it. That's exactly what is wrong with Jedi.
