The patch notes say 1% decay on all items in your inventory on cloning (not death) with insuranceand 5% decay on all items in your inventory on cloning (not death) w/out insurance. So, does that mean that doctors have now become ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to big hunting groups for their res ability?

I think this is just great news for us docs!

It would be great news if they didn't hit us with the buff nerf bat.

Doctor buffs are now nerfed as of this patch.

Thanks developers for saying NOTHING to us as we hit the download key and proceeded to play. I can't believe that an organization as big as SOE forces the players to figure out what has been nerfed...and they don't have the decency to tell us either in test or patch notes.

Good going guys. Now with buffs so randomly bad, how will players be able to wear new armour? Or fight against mobs with their uber 800ish health/action points.

I saw absolutely no problem with buffs last night. In fact, this seems to come up after every patch. Someone out there has some crummy rolls on their buffs and they blame it on a stealth nerf. I buffed well into the 2K range last night, which is pretty common for me.

some responses, but i guess no real answers to my questions. Has anyone had more invites to group? I'll be very careful of poisons and diseases as that could cause quite a few issues.

Yeah, the first buff I hit for was overall VERY VERY low. I gave a few more throughout the night hitting for my regular 2000 to 2700 points per stat. Buffs haven't been nerfed that I can see at least.

Quite frankly it really wouldnt surprise me if the insurance resets even with a rez, causing the person "Corpsed" to return and get insured all over again. Buffs drop upon death, even with a rez.....i have a sneaky feeling insurance will also.

If thats the case, it'll make us pretty pointless in a group other than for heals....i wouldnt want a rez and run the risk of gettin whacked again without insurance.

Anyone know for sure?

Zaltais - Great question. Very important. ZARLOR? Any help?

Verma - Thats a good thing actually, since poison and disease recovery (along with rez) are among the few reasons to bring a Doc out, insteada CM. Remeber that poison heals and disease heals got suped up. I believe it is wound treatment that adds to its effectiveness now. So far with the top end packs, I havent had to heal anything more than once. Also remember bleeds are suped up with injury treatment skills. CMs are better, but at least we wont need to do 5 or 6 firstaids for big bleeds any more. I once did 7 on my pet from a nasty stormtrooper.

I don't know, Jako. I'm not the onlyguy here playing the game. Give it a test! Let me know how it works out. Unfortunately everyone I used to group with has now quit the game, so I'd have to search for a group to do that testing with, and really I usually don;t have a ver good time with man of the groups that just randomly get together, so I'm still woking my way back through other friends for taht stuff. So if anyone does any testing on if insurance drops on Res, please let us know.

Quit whinning, and master the profession so it wont be a problem. Personaly i seem to get in more groups now, only really on the adcenture planets when some of the bigger things deal out some nastier diseases and poisons. As for buffs droping on resurection, Do they? If they do whats the point (other than not having to walk so far, a point not so bad now we have mounts and the lose of insurance, something we're not sure that it doesn't drop then u res anyway)?
