ok, here is my problem, i am a Doctor, 4441, on farstar, and i can't make enough money to craft, but without money i can't craft, so is there anyway to do decent buffs with 4441 doctor, and if so will someone on farstar who crafts buff packs please ingame e-mail me with name and price, i need to start up a buffing line, thank for all the help ahead of time

Borrow money from someone buy some buff packs and pay him/her back after you buff enough money to give him/her and you have enough money left over to buy more buff packs

what server are you on? on Corbantis there's lots of vendorswith 89 or 90 use buff packs. Check around Coronet and Naboo, most vendors are there. Also, ask some MDs if they have any buff vendor WPs. It'll take a big initial investment though, so you may have to buy a buff and then run some missions on Dant and work up a 100k or two, hopefully you have acombat profession to back up doc =)

no... i have no fighting profesions, and i am on europe-farstar, i know, i am trying to get master doc but it takes a millenium to find the resources for adv. bio controlers, i figure i craft them and stock up till i need them for packs

If you havea combat profession just take some missions, wil take you longer to get money but then you dont have to worry about paying someone back.

Watch your trade forums for docs offering to buy resources used in your advanced components and buff packs. This tells you what is out there. Get some harvesters (even personal ones) and/or hunting buddies out there and pull some of the resources. If you don't have artisan skills, just look for a cluster of harvesters and drop yours on the edge. Then one of two things:

1) Sell or barter with the resources to docs with money to get pre-made buff packs.

2) Pay a 0004 or higher doc to create schematics for you from your resources. Then you can create your own packs.

An 11-12pt crafting doc can usually drop an experimentpoint or two into med use and get it to 90 or less without losing much power.

The money is usually quick once you get started. You still come out well even if you have to spend half of what you make on a set of packs (i.e. 100K for a set of 20 charge buffs that you can sell for 10K*20 charges = 200K). You can make 100K pretty quick that way.

I bought my buffs and buffed as a doc for 5 months as a 4-4-4-1, the trick to good buffs is, get one piece of clothing that is +25 Wound Treatment/Injury Treatment. Only one piece of clothing will effect your buffs. Then get some bivoli tempari. Depending on the buff packs and if your tempari is good, you should be able to hit around 1900 to 2200 max on your buffs. Grinding the rest of the doctor crafting is easy, i delayed it a long time but if you get some cheap resources and just take a few hours to sit down and force yourself to do it, it will be done in no time. Don't forget to get some BE clothing to increase your effectiveness and also some bivoli (food). This will make your buffs better.
