Would you be selling Health and Action D packs, but only C's for the rest of the stats? Either way I wouldn't buy packs from you, nor would I pay to get buffed by you, with that template.

I doubt you COULD buff with 4/4/0/4. I'm pretty sure even A packsrequire a higher med use than you would have.

Yes I would buy buffs from you, just as long as no one else had a shorter queue. Before I got my doc alt, I would always go to the doc with the shortest line. Getting the extra 200-300 points is so neglible that i'd rather not wait an extra 15 mins for it. I've PvPed with 1900 buffs and I was perfectly fine.

No, no matter how you look at it. If your buffing you have to have 0440 doc. Period. If your crafting, you have to have master doc.
