Nice! Glad they added a new graphic too and not just recycle old art. Definately a positive first steps in making PvP better.

Yes I have been talking QA them about switching both the CON and the UT both to DR since gasses are only OQ/DR

Those are acceptable ingredients from a CM's point of view. Similar in complexity to the poisons and diseases they are meant to cure. Eagerly awaiting word on how well these things work now

CMs craft them.
Just like Fire Blankets require Synthetic Cloth. Doctors don't craft that.

True, but I bet most of the area will come from the dispersal mechanism anyway (these can be pushed to around 20 area). Typically in poison crafting, half of the area comes from the dispersal mech and half from the final assembly. So the lack of conductivity during final assembly may not mean much.
