Just crafted a B of both (need some resources to do the C's), here are the resources needed for C's of both:
Enhance Disease Resist Medpack-C
12 Lok Animal Bones
12 Wild Corn
12 Polymer
12 Regvis Amorphous Gemstone*
1 Solid Delivery Shell
2 Chem Release
2 ABEC
My B pack came out as:
29 charges
209 Disease Resist
3203 Duration
Med use 90
Enhance Poison Resist Medpack -C
12 Tatooine Herb Meat
12 Beans
12 Polymer
12 Dylinium Intrusive Ore
1 Solid Delivery Shell
2Chem Release
2 ABEC
My B pack came out:
29 charges
204 Poison resist
3136 Duration
Med use 90
In crafting them I used 7 points for quality and 5 points for duration. I have all 4 of the new packs on display in the Skystone Mall on Tatooine (1500 west of Mos Entha).

We are suddently in need of a lot more specific resources eh? Not a bad thing really, especially since we won't use a whole lot of these resources compared to others we use. A bit more spice and variation to the doc profession is good.

And docs will actually get a spot on a group for more then just a Rez/Buff bot.

Indeed. These resist packs will mostly be used for PvP I gather. I mean some mobs do use disease and poison but in 90% of the case it's not bad. Actually, is it ever bad these days? Endor use to be the home of some massively nasty diseases that could take a CH pet from 10k ham to 1 with 9999 wounds in very short amount of time (got a mind it from that disease once - that was fun).
In either case, this is awesome overall.

Ok
Question about this -
Have you tested this?
It seems far to high to be a decrease in potency. Im thinking its a decrease to effectivness. So 300 would decrease by 300 points. But I am not able to test this, can you confirm?

tested, and it is indeed a resist to potency
It took Texxie 5 applications of a mediocre C poison to get one to stick on me with a mediocre B resist pack
I will post all the schematic info soon as TC comes back up

Server just came down again for the 3rd time today, I will post A's and B's later. Was working with Q&A on 2 GCW bugs in the short time the server was up. I have not had a chance to test the effect of these yet (for one travel is borked on TC as of this last patch, can't shuttle anywhere even if you have a ticket). The real difference in the B's is not needing specific resources, I was using some 900+OQ/900+PE insect meat, and Dom oats, 20/16 ABEC's, 71 Solid Delivery Shells, 66 Chem release, 990OQ Lube oil, to see what a B could be like.

Additional Note:
"C" level Resists not only affect the potency, making it harder to stick, but ALSO reduce the damage done per tick of the poison/disease
