I would like to know if anyone can help me create good buffs

Up till now the highest buff I have created is about 400 power

I use the advanced ingredients, and have quite good avian meat...

Experimented to the max, and still they stay low...

Please help!!!!!

Make sure your are using buff packs Ds, and have a wound treatment of 125 (from master Doc with +25 BE clothes). Also, get a 110 medical droid and take bivoli to boost your stats as much as possible!

Try to make sure you can get hold of or make the following for use in your D-packs:

Subcomponents:
ASDS power 55 or higher
ACRDM the same
ABEC maybe 12 charges 20 power
Now find the rest of the resources you need: Reactive Gas with high OQ (we're talking def above 750 here for a good pack) and avian meat with high OQ and PE (def both above 800 or 900 - OQ is more important on a 2:1 ratio).

You will get much higher than 400 power now...

Aethal Sar, Weaponsmith. Retired from game - probably missing it already!

No not true. You being buffed or not has no effect on whether your buffs are better or not. The only thing that affects how well you buff someone are:

1: The patient's Battle Fatigue (BF). A PATIENT's BF >250 will lower the buff that they get. Your BF doesn't make any difference.

2.: Your medical droid . Get a medical droid with a level 6 medical module in it. This will give you a 110% medical rating. Med Centers only havea 100% medical rating, so having the droid is actually better. DO NOT use the droid inside a building. If you use the droid in a building, the building's medical rating WILL override the droids, even if the droid med. rating is higher.

3: Bivoli Tempari. Bivoli can be bought from Chefs for about 150k (average) for a crate of 25. You want a Bivoli modifier as close to +25 as you can get. You eat one before you start buffing and it will increase your buffing ability by the listed modifier.

3. Doctor Ability. A Doc with a wound treatment modifier of +100 (Master Doc) will do better buffs than a Doc with a modifier of +50.

4. Medical Clothing. You need to go to a Tailor and see if he/she can make you a set of clothing that has Bio-Engineered Wound Treatment modifiers built in. You may need to go to a BE and buy the Wound Treatment material to take to the Tailor so that he/she can make the clothing.

yeah your getting confused. Buffing yourself wont do jack. You need to have no Battle Fatigue, the person your buffing can't have over 250 BF or it effects the buff you give them.

Eat Bivolio (will make yours buffs about 200pts higher)

Wear doc clothing (will make your buffs about 200 pts higher)

Your buff back should have a base of around 790 to be decent, and over 820 is really nice. Those will buff for 2200 if you have that clothing on and eat the bivoli.

Do mind buffs do the same thing as biovoli?

no, mind buffs increase the stats in you mind, if you already dont have good migrated mind stats and your buffing the general public u may find your mind pool dropping too low, and will have to stop for a while or eat some mind food

Bivoli on the other hand increase the number of points you buff for, usually bivoli with a rating of 24+ will mean u buff the person 200pts higher than u would without it
