I have both a droid and 43.* station. I also have one 15.00 rated tool and several 14.91 rated.

I actually get better results on average with the 14.91s and the droid than I do with the 15.00 and the 43.

Go figure.



Actually, I have all 4 stations in my droid, and before you could put 4 in 1, I had 4 droids each with different stations. I've had crafting droids since last July and I am quite sure of one thing:

Droid stations are NOT the same as public stations.

I have always gotten better results from my droid stations than I ever have from public stations...and I get better results from them than I do from my 43 rated private stations. Also, I don't see ANY difference between the results I get with my 43s (I have all 4) and what I got with my 40s, 38s, or 14s that I had before I got the 43s.

Hmm, I'd have to see it to believe it.

I have a 45.0 and five 15.0 tools and I hardly get amazing successes...

I almost always get greats, but amazings? Please.

I've also gotten, oh, I don't know, about 5 or 7 crits in a row before.

The problem with droids is you have no way to see the stats of the crafting station module. When I bought mine the DE made it in front of me and told me she maxxed the crafting station... and I get much better results with it than a regular crafting station.

I use bio-engineered Bespin and Pyollian (that's the assembly cake); but the +25 to assembly would make sense, as well as the research center

lol, yea, just working on another +15 for experimentatoin now. lol, dont see that happening thou, as it goes for 3+mill per point on my server. thou i must ask myself, even if price wasnt an problem, would it be needed. since on all single line products, i always max them out before using my 10 points. and with my 10 points i am always able to max power. I would really only be getting more charges on a few items is all.

probly helps that i have a total of +25 assembly, and use bestine port and the cake that starts with a P, i forget the full name.

Exactly. Which means your 15.00 tools and 45.00 station don't really mean jack.

I started a thread on the medic forum about this (this was the bi-weekly medic question). My post includes data from a study I did to determine the affect of crafting station and tool ratings. In a nutshell: my droid gave the worst results, my mid-rated station gave the best, and a positive rated tool was better than a negative. If you want to see the numbers, read the post.
