Does everyone have a basis for pricing, or just go by what the others are charging?

On Corbantis, I see 460/41 Stim B's for I think 1500 each. So would (Charge+Power) x3 be a good basis?

I can currently make 380/41 packs, so should I charge 1200-1300 credits per pack? Probably 1200 if they want a 20 crate, and 1300 if they want a 10 crate or something.

And buffs, when I can eventually make em, what do you people charge?

Ouch 1500 credits for advanced stim Bs, at this price I would just run janta missions, less trouble. The common formula is (charges * power) / 10, I personally divide per 9 for standard stims and 8 for stims using ACRDMs.

Too small... the meat alone to get there costs me about 500 per stims.

On Kettemoor, I use this pricing schedule:

ADVANCED -
1 = 2495
5 = 11950
25 = 49950
50 = 89950

BARGAIN -
1 = 1995
5 = 9450
25 = 37450
50 = 64950

"Advanced" stim-bs are ones with Advanced Chemical Release, i.e. herbivore meat. Recently, I had batches come out at 460 power x 34 charges. "Bargain" stim-bs are with regular Chemical Release, no herb. meat, no Class IV Liquid Petro. That reduces your costs by quite a bit. I had a batch come out at 370 power x 33 charges.

The best thing to do is to shop the competition. Go to the planetary map and find some Stim-B vendors and price them, comparing their buffs to yours...

damn, those prices are hella cheap, i probly wouldnt even bother with that. on naritus i sell stim b's 399 power 41 Charges for 25K per crate, and they sell pretty fast. Stim D's 850 power 52 charges i sell at 40K and they sell well also.

both those are crates of 10 btw.

Well, it's all supply and demand. Fortunately, we have many great resource suppliers, so I usually get med supplies at 2 CPU (or even less, if I can work up the energy to hunt my own herbivore / avian meat...)

It's always get what you can, of course. My prices are pretty much in line with others that I've seen, but I've gone out of my way to produce one thing, and keep the vendor full. So, if someone wants a quality stim-b at a fair price, they know they can always find it at my shop. I make a few million a month in profit, so it works for me... /shrug

On Eclipse, I sometimes make up to 150k a day selling times at the coronet bazaar.

I sell stim b's for 500cr each, stim d's for 1500cr each, and buff packs for 16,500 each.

I don't stock stims too often, my main income is buff packs.

Rez kits are 1500cr each, and um fire blankets are 1000cr each.

Fireblankets... I knew there was something I haven't made yet... don't really see the need for it too often, haven't bothered... that's just 2 more spots in my back pack full of meds and doc/cm tools that I have to take up. Not to mention finding some real estate on my tool bar for it... yeesh.
