It is a 3rd party macro beyond a shadow of a doubt, which is pretty blatantly against the EULA.
If you are interested in a macro that does pretty much the same thing but does not violate the EULA, check the following post:

I've macroed just about anything that can be macroed in this game, and until it is proven differently, I will believe this is either a third party program or the person is still at the keyboard though the macro is running. There is no macro command to monitor how much a person is tipped.

I am 100% sure this is a third party macro. In-game macro for monitoring system messages/bank amount/email transfer amounts do not exist. This is clearly third party software and a big "NO-NO"

On the Gorax server there is a AFK Doctor (Buff-Bot), who just sits there afk and buffs all day long. The macro is quite impressiveI invited this doctor to my group at which point he starts giving instructions on what to do. First thing he tells me is thatI got 60secs to tip him 13k, well trying to see if his macro is cheat proof i tipped him only 12k. As soon as the 60secs was overI received a note that said that he did not receive appropiate funds and then his character proceeded todisband me from his group and refund the 12k that i had tipped him. Talking to other ppl who uses this docs services on a normal basis this doc can also tell if he missed a stat due to an existing buff and will refund accordingly to the missed stat.
Can anyone shed some light on how to construct such a macro?

Sounds like a 3rd party macro, send him an email and ask if he would be willing to share it, i'm sure alot of Doc's would appreciate it.

I find the whole concept of buff bots insulting to me as someone who actually PLAYS his doctor.

I have a hard time doing a simple macro like a 6 crafting station macro but can you tell me what a third person macro is ???

It's "third party software" That is software that is created/runs independantly of SWG, and is used to do things in other software. Things like simulating a double click so that you can completely grind the doctor crafting tree while you are at work one day. It is against policy, and not very cool either. You can use it to controll countless ingame aspects, all automated by the third party software.

Actually, I believe that this is possible without using third-party macros. I have a guildmate that just wrote a macro that does the same thing. I don't know how it works, but he also has a macro that updates his AFK message with the exact stats on his vendor. I know that he somehow uses the /mailsave command for both, but am unsure of exactly how it works. Another way to do this is to park the Doc inside a house with an entry fee, and then /invite the person, auto-buff him, and disband.

/mailsave? interesting. I have not heard of this. Any information as to how he uses this would be greatly appreciated. That still doesn't explain how his macro knows if he misses a stat though, if he were to just hit them all again, they would all re-buff, just not the one he missed, so I'm still leaning toward third party.

I don't know about the missed stat thing. He may not have that in his. Unfortunately, I don't know his stationID, but his character in Naritus is Cebot. He tried to explain the process to me, but I didn't get it. Sorry I can't give more detail.
