if you did that near my doc buffer you would loose any competitive advantage you might of had...

my line size doubles, you buff no one, and loose customers.

Have done this before. At 1:30ish in the morning with me and 1 other doc charging 30k in cnet. Buff 2 people for 100k each that really want it, and log.

Root work FOR jedi also. I would guess a 60 second timer would be more likely.

AFAIK, This happened to knockdown also, I am unsure on the timer for how many knockdowns you can do over time.

I'm not sure why they don't just put some type of diminishing returns counter on a person when they receive something like a root.

Just read some random post up there on the top and it says roots can only be used once during PvP!!

YES!!! im getting excited cause i hate when BH root over and over and your only able to get a couple swipes in...

oh yeah, can someone tell me whats up with defender and stuff?? someone said it was the end of defender and im confused

Unless it's changed in the past 24 hours, you can still be rooted multiple times.
