If your using a medical droid that is +110 or just in a medical center, does one or the other give you better buffs if you are using D Buffs, or does it not matter? Does a droid give you the same results as a medical center? Just curious

Actually if you register as a doctor in a medical center you get a 10% bonus also. So they even out. I bought a +25 wound treatment/injury treatment hat from a bio-engineer and the extra woundtreatment helps me bust 3k now more with my buffs.

The only bonus I knew about was supposed to be for registering at a FACTION hospital and I though it was supposed to be a 25% bonus, for some reason, if I remember thsoe patch notes correctly. A 10% bonus anyplace else you can register is news to me, but I wouldn't mind finding out where we got this.

Only official bonus in +25 for factional hospital registration (in bases).

Player and start city hospitals have no dev announced bonus points of any kind.

Eh? What's a factional hospital? Is that the wotsit field hospital you can purchase with FP at the recruiter? Cause I don't think I've ever seen one of those yet.

Some of the bigger faction bases, are supposed ot have entertainment and healing rooms you can register in (and get a 25% bonus for doing so).

I haven't seen them... bases were very dangerous to go near with /citywarn active... since most of them were in/around cities.

I've only been in the very smallest ones.

I'm not very factionally cool.. my highest ranking character is a Lance Corporal I think.

med center is worth 100, droid is worth 110, easy choice.

I used to use the Nevermore field hospital on Lowca before they took it down.

The buffs were consistantly high, but it certainly didn't seem like 25%.

I mean, no 3500 buffs or anything

Y'know Traigus, that would be one of those things that might get medics and doctors back in the medical centers in the non-player-cities, if we got a +15% to +20% bonus for registering.

That would make it better than having a droid out (which is what I do) but not as good as faction bases, which the devs seem to want to reward.

Now, I'll never do volunteer healing ever again but it'd be nice to not have to feed the droid every 5 minutes.

I think I'll look around, and see if this is already on the issues to vote on...

Does the 10% from the droid stack with that 25% bonus from registring?.....If it does I will try to get a faction hospital...

Zelig: I don't think that specific idea is on the list, but I the Issue itself is on the Gameplay list. I think it's #27, 27.Getting Docs Back Into Med Centers. Which means I don't believe it is on the current Vote list, because that is just a Top 25, not all of the issues.
