Damn it

I want to use havla on my buffing session, to get the Q down real quick. But the damn havla is broken.

Why:

I got 24 heal use havla and 30 heal use havla.

With the 24 use havla after 2 complete buffs, its gone. With the 30 use havla after 2 complete buffs and 3 buff med enhance. So i thought maybe buffing counts 2. So I did normal wound healing same effect. After that i turned to just Damage Healing same effect. The heal use is divided by 2, 24 > 12 30 > 15. I did it several times, same effect. So is havla broken??

The havla is top notch, 100 heal enhance about 58 min duration and so on. Of course I did not hit the timer in my test

I tried it, it does not work. I spam /healenhance in speedbuff without any pause in the macro. After 2 complete buffs it is gone.

This thing is broken.

Havla is bugged in two ways

1) You only get half the rated uses from it

2) If it is below 100% it will not work

I get between 20-30 speed buffs out of my Havla. You just have to figure out the timing and it's really quite simple. That's 20-30 FULL BUFFS

So please state how do u do it...

I can only get 2 buffs and thats it

So how should I time it?

I need havla for my buffing service, cause I think its a part of it

Its not a timed thing, its good for X ammount of heals
