Thread: Long Line? Halva's Your Friend!

Ever want to do 4 sets of buffs in the time it takes a Master Doctor to apply only 2 enhancements? Well you can! Ask your chef about Halva.

What's Halva you ask? Heal time reduction food. Although it's slightly borked at the moment; only makes a difference when the mod is +100 or more, it comes in handy for those super long lines.

A typical halva with BE enhancements will look something like: +100, 4 uses, 24 heals, 33 filling. Pop one of those when your line is getting too long and you'll be able to knock off 4 sets (24/6). I would reccommend only taking 2 max until they empty on your stomach, otherwise, no rom for Bivoli .

After taking +100 Halva, ignore the "you are now ready to heal more wounds..." message, as it's on a different timer (your Wound treatment speed). You'll now beable to do 4 consecutive set one after the other, only limited by your mind pool and buff/wound healing animations.

Hope this helps you coronet/theed-ers

Claire was telling me on our server that there is a big with Havla that makes it unusable under 100% heal time reduction..

I have not tested 100% yet, but hope to soon *Elbow Claire*

I might be wrong but isn't it for damage and not wound treatment speed?

Dunno I am anxious to find out. The only description I got on the food was from this site:

http://www.gamekast.com/swg/foodtables.html

and it just said Heal Recovery Reduction. Also there is a drink called Ruby Bliel that is also described as having the same effect, Heal Recovery Reduction. When you load the link above scroll to the middle of the gey area and look for the :: M E D I C A L :: heading

Does work...I've tested it. +100 and +101 worked so I assume anything 100 and above will work. I now have some at my shop

I'm not sure, yet I doubt Ruby Bliel makes a difference as even BE'd, it's mod is only ~50%

apparently +100 stuff isn't easy to make, as the chef i'm working with is having a tough time even with pretty decent resources. if you approach a chef with an order for this, make sure they have very high quality resources and are willing to put the experimentation time in, otherwise it will be a complete waste if you don't get +100.

Halva: 1 Dough, 30 Tubers, 30 Oats, Medium Food Additive (Power is 75% PE, 25% OQ)

My stats:
Tubers: PE 879, OQ 865
Oats: PE 611, OQ 918
Additive: 84

Was able to experiment it upto 100 with 2 points to spare (I'm a 12 point chef, so any master chef with similar resources can make it)
