I wrote up a simple calculator for determining the buff amount based on the general modifiers. Check it out here: http://www.iootnega.com/doctor/faq.asp#q26
If anyone finds a bug or other problem, let me know.

Could you explain what Bivoli is? And is there any way to get +5 doctor med use from bio mod clothes?

Just a minor thing, but the drop downoptions for Wound Treatment on the calculator says 'Medicine Crafting I-IV' instead of Wound Treatment I-IV.

Great work, however you should make it so that after you calculate the power that the fields dont go back to their default postition.

Bivoli is a food that you eat to increase your wound treatment skill, thus making you buff better. It significally helps, even master docs
You can NOT get +5 med use clothes. If there are +anything med use clothes they do not work. All med use skill increasing items do NOT work

Being in a player ran "Medical City" will give an extra 10%
I believe Faction Detachment HQ's are supposed to do the same thing, but I dont know if they work or not.

Awesome... just what the doctor ordered, thanks. Your site is now officially the dog's bollocks. If you're not from the UK, then just know that that's a good thing!
