i cant tell u how many times i die in pvp/pve due to my heals not goin thru while targeting somethin, and no i dont macro /bactashot self b/c i need to pace my specials by watchin the cooldown timer, and i like to heal other people while having my toolbar at maximum capicity to hold everything i need available during combat. can this be implimented asap?

I'd agree on this one.
Pass-thru healing just has to go. It's nearly impossible to figure out whom you're going to heal every time. I'd rather break target, heal, and then retarget. When I'm targeting my attacker, my heals should hit me every time.
Please, can we get an option for this at least?

Even the option to be able to select yourself by clicking in your own HAM box would help with this somewhat.

/agree as well it sucks healing someone who is taunting and has full health when you about to die and you happen to heal them instead of yourself.

What they said times 10!
Added in how after a few massive heals in a tough fight you are suddenly an agro magnet so every mobh is smacking you and breaking your healer targets as you switch around, causing bad healing

Hmmm, an option would be nice. However, I made some macros like
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/bactashot self;
and so on.
Now, I dont want them to take up slots in my toolbar, so I went into the options ( ctrl-o ) - Keymap - custom and bound them to my numpad-keys...
I never had a problem since.
(and before somebody says I am stuck pre-CU: clearcombatQueue still works! 
)

I would love to get this changed. It has been my personal biggest issue in the CU for healers. I have made several post in the Corr forum and will continue to do so.
Between this and the way enh work it can be very frustrating to play a healer.

Yes, this is extremely frustrating. My healing icons are doubled to six in my combat bars because of the need to have the /*heal self macros as well as the normal *bacta icons. I could really use the extra three for other things.
