Thread: Unable to heal,cure, or buff!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!

I am unable to heal, cure, or buff myself. I was doin Nym missions on Lok and tried to heal dizzy on myself, and then use a stimpak...each time I tried to do any Doctor related skill (including 1st aid) I got the message "You must wait before you can do this"
I've logged, and cam back same thing.
I've logged, exited the program, restarted it and same problem.
Same thing happens wether I am in combat...or not in combat....I am no longer a functioning Doctor!!!!!!!! Please help!
How did this get past test center??? How did such a game breaking bug make it to live??? Not to mention the big letdown that is Patch 10....

I just tested on myself and all worked fine. You will definitely want to /bug that and fine a CS ticket.

having the same problem myself, i noticed that after i took havla i was unable to do anything that used the damage healing timer such as states, fire, poison and disease.

yes good point.
i used havla and bivoli each time when buffing.
after my havla buffing macro ended, i had about 8 system messages
"You are nowreadyto apply......new stuff "
"You are nowreadyto apply......new stuff "

I cannot heal, cure or even use first aid, tenddamage or healstate. I can buff, but again, I used havla. I wonder if it is a bug related to havla. I have submitted a bug and a csr ticket. Now I'm going to try and log back in and this time, not use havla.
Still, not happy.

Same thing, i used halva, and loged out, came back in, found that halva still works even do you logged out just like the buffs, and when i was leveling my rifleman, and i wear no armor when i fight, i heal myself, next second i can't. Its really retarded, because i can't function as a full doctor, cuz i rarely buff anybody but myself, and usually just heal and cure. This better be fixed soon or i will just drop doctor.

wondering why so many using havla ? how long does that fill stomach ?

I also use havla... also having the problem. To my chef... Hold my havla order till publish 10.1
On the bright side.. I woke up glowing!

Ah so its Halva that causes it... Well stop buffing yourselfing using it and wait the extra 1 minute and do it normally.

not using havla..and still have same problem... cannot heal myself or anyone else...get msg 'you must wait before you can do that' fix this **edit** cuz this is a huge bug....massive...gigantic
