Zarlor will be helping theDoctor community by keeping us informed on the major issues with theDoctor profession. Keep in mind, this title will be rotated monthly to take the stress off the current correspondent and to help us get the best feedback possible.

I've played medic/doctor since day one. Two days ago my PA gave me a Probot. For the first time I know what money is. With level 2 pistol and no armor I can make more money in one hour than I did in tips in a week. That is not an exaggeration!

An entertainer living on tips is perhaps understandable. All they need is a new horn or clothes once in a while. But doctors need resources! Thanks to my Probot I now have 5 harvestors getting me the supplies I need, but why should a doctor have to hunt to make his profession viable?

There needs to be a pay-as-you heal system of some kind put in. In my 50+ PA there are no medics and only two of us as doctors. I remain a doctor for my PA, but If I were starting over, I would not choose this profession again because of this.

I know Zarlor from the Beta and have been healed by him in game. I think Zarlor isan excellent Doctor and a great support of the game

Please ask the devs to replace the /medicalForage skill with something useful, or possibly to adjust the skill to be much more useful. Either we need to forage stacks of items of great enough quanity to be used in medical crafting or the skill needs to be completly reworked/changed.

Look forward to seeing what changes you bring to the Doc profession.

Thanks, everyone. Don't let me raise anyone's expectation, though. I'm just a mouthpiece and all I'm really trying to do is help you guys out by gathering all fo the infor from folks here on teh boards, on other forums in game to try and pass only everyone's concerns and hot topic issues for the Doctor professions and skillset on a weekly basis.

Like all of you, I really hope that this program will help to ensure the Devs get to see a little more clearly, ifI can enlighten the issues for them in what amounts to a single email a week, that we as players have and are seeing in the game. These are all of our issues so maybeI can make sure a few of them get a little more light. We'll just have to see how it works out. As mentioned above, there were probably several folks who were volunteering to help out in this way, so I expect we'll see different people trudging through the forums and the community to make sure they know what people are thinking and where the hot topics are after a few weeks.

The Devs have made no mention of requireing that the email I send them be private, so I intend to post what I want to send them on the forum here for folks to see what of their comments I am passing along. That way you can berate me for being a complete fool and getting it all wrong when I don't bring up the exact topic you really thoughtI should have brought up.

For those folks who wish to voice their concerns in-game instead on the forums for some reason I am on the Eclipse server, usually on Talus, but no guarantees about that since I'm always flitting around getting those precious resources and seeing the sights.

If you have any specific needs for testing or data gathering, just send me a PM and I'll do what I can to help. You got a tough job ahead of you. Just present the facts and don't worry too much about those who will vilify you for attempting to help out.
