10 Concepts that should not go overlooked.

1. Allow everyone to drop 850 items. The current item limitations are not cool.

2. Show Factional Ranks!

3. More Buff Icons -- Squad Leaders, Drugs, and Food all need buff icons.

4. Allow Bio-Engineers to scale the size of their pets on creation. Some pets are just too large!

5. Allow players to ride in the passenger seats of the X34 and AV21 Landspeeders (and eventually the AT-ST). An entry list or even the /consent list would be great.

6. Factional members who spent faction points on 3 pets were unfairly dealt with after the change to limit the number of factional pets to 1 came out. Please allow faction pets to be traded in to a recruiter for their full factional value. A drag-and-drop reimbursement / trade would be ideal.

7. Allow players to simultaneously advance up Combat / Combat Support professions and Artisan / Entertainer professions with 250 skill points in each.

8. Fighting Arenas to supplement PvP.

9. Create a new "Trade Window" for Smugglers. Make this a screen where a customer places armor / locked containers and watches the Smuggler slice the gear.

10. Modify Artisan Kits -- Armor / Weapon Repair Kits need a serious overhaul. Vehicle Customization kits are neat, but Artisans either need a way to create a vehicle with permanent modified colors or create far more expensive customization kits that permanently change the color of a vehicle.

Thank you for your update regarding furniture -- looking forward to being able to /rotateUp and /rotateDown.

Any more details on the Aqualish Cave badge? We are still confused as to whether you know its just a POI badge and not actually part of the Hermit Quests. If there is something we "don't know <wink>" then I can live with that, but some of the answers we got were kind of vague.

some ides to reduce clutters on coronet (or corellia)

1. reroute yavin4 to tatooine (remove from corellia)

2. reroute endor to naboo (remove from corellia)

3. decrease shuttle interval to 8mins (to compensate for the rerouting)

this will in turn create a money sink to the game, reduce the traffic to corellia and make waiting for the shuttle slightly shorter (for those direct transportation route)

this also enable players to travel more to other planets such as naboo and tatooine, thus balancing out the traffic and cities stuttering.

Since you posted this and then locked the thread:

Armor Dyes is something we want to add at some point, but there are some tricky sticking points to work out before they can be added. There are some technical issues with changing armor palettes (or any palette really). What happens is that for every color on the palette, it is associated with a number. That number (which represents a palette color) exists in the database as part of each customized item. If we change the mater palette colors, then there will be lots of of armor (and wearables) that will have different colors. ...

This makes no sense. Nobody's asking to redefine the colors in the armor palette - they're asking for a way to change colors WITHIN the palette. To use your terminology above, armor dyes would simplyupdate the color number for the item in the database.

Cybernetic limbs. As in ESB, what if when a character received a certain minimum amount of damage (and a critical hit) to one limb, that limb was removed?

There could be a new skill group for the bio-engineer or Doctor for replacing lost limbs with prosthetic ones, as was Luke's hand after his dear old dad lopped it off for his boss.

Of course, removing a real limb and replacing it with a faux one would probably reduce your maximum HAM, but for the sake of the Star Wars universe, wouldn't this add to the "look and feel?"

Idea - To stay in good with your Faction (Reb, Imp and hopefully you make more joinable factions one day)

You get emailed missions that you have to accomplish to stay within good standing of your faction. Maybe an easy mision once a week, or if you ignore them they just get harder.

Also, maybe its just me, but geting Faction Points takes FOREVER. Could you make it that as you go up the ranks (for example: General, Seargent, ect) of your faction that you recieve new equipment, intead of haveing to spend faction points on it? You know, like be issued a weapon like the real militarys does.

Just an idea

I just hit a bunch of buttons and hope everything works out.

Please look into fixing loot drops via piles/magseals/etc...

There are certain spots (ummm...borgle cave for example) where there are guarenteed high quality skill mod loot drops...This encourages long term camping and suspected 3rd party macro looting...If you read the various trade forums and other posts you can see many flame wars going on regarding camping this type of place as well as the huge income in generates...

2 Suggestions....

1) Make high quality skill mod loot drops more available...Why Not?With capping in place, why not have more skill mods out there available...and with the proposed Crafting Changes going into effect (making Experimentation tapes worth more) why not make them easier to get...Ask yourself, who does it hurt and who does it benefit? It will hurt those who sell them for profit, but help everyone else...

2) If you can't or won't up the drop availability, then get rid of skill mods via piles/magseals/etc...Make them drop off of random NPCs (high or low level) across the board...This way people have to earn them...

Anyway...just a suggestion...

Thunderheart :
You saud P9 or 10 for Jedi revamp, cant we have something sooner to ease the pain ?
Currently, unless you are an uberrich Armoursmith, you cannot buy pearls. As an example, one guy on Chimaera is buying every single pearl for sale at 8million each.
In playing since Beta 2, I have only ONCE had over 8million, that was yesterday, I dont have it now, and it will be another year before I do.

The average player with a Jedi out there is playing with absolute rubbish crystals that are costing half a million credits each.

The only way to survive as a Jedi is to turn your main into a Weaponsmith, or run afk macro's on the Borgle Bat Cave - I'm sure this isnt how the Jedi was envisioned ?

I was hoping P8 at the very latest for a change to the current crystal/pearl fiasco, but you just shattered every Jedi's hopes

Surely it can't be that hard to award say, one crystal per new box earned (not counting relearned boxes due to skill loss), and a pearl for completing each of the 4 lines ?

This would allow Jedi to have at least some crystals and pearls without having to turn into an Armoursmith or Exploiter ?

I love my Jedi, but realistically, you just said wait until June+ for any chance of ever having a chance as a Jedi

TH,

Still waiting on some indication as to what is happening with Ranger and Scout camps once they're no longer needed for calling vehicles or pets. Our former coorespondent, N'Raas slaved over the Outdoorsman proposal. Can you tell us when we'll be able to get some info on this please? Also when we'll be getting an answer to our ten questions?

Karquile, the way I read THs response to the armor Dye problem is that it's more of a matter of different armor types having different numbersof colors. So bone armor might have a palette of 2colors that could be swapped, main color and detail while Padding might be 3 with color slot 1 as detail and slot 2 main and 3 the padding color. The vehicle color customization tool deals with frame and trim and is probably uniform over the 4 vehicle types, but an armor color tool would have to know the differences between each type. The again I might have read his response wrong.

Personally I like the vehicle color tool as a start but would rather be able to adjust both colors at once and then use 2 charges. If the above theory is correct, a general armor colorization tool, that doesn't define trim, main, etc would be prefered. So you would use it on padded armor for example and be able to view and adjust 3 colors at once, make a desicion, and use 3 charges of the tool.
