Weapons: Updated the weapon detail for the Berserker rifle so it contains the information for what skill you need to have to be certified to use it.
Wookiee Armor: Fixed typos in wookiee armor segment descriptions.

It indeed is strange. I did some investigating and this morning on TC, the armor padding showed up in field 3 of the tailoring skill tree for both tailors and non-tailors alike (I asked a few people to open their skill trees up and look).
After looking through the armoursmith skill tree, I have no wookie armour components at all... no layers, segments, chest pieces, helmets, codpieces, cantaloupe peelers, rhinoceros trophy heads, etc....

I hope I can see as soon as testcenter finished loading. I don't have fieldwear 3 yet, but it should show up in the tree. Maybe its an engineering skill that is somehow getting placed into the wrong tree? It sounds a lot more like artisan armor segments than anything that we make.
Would it be possible for you to post the "current state" patch notes of the test center as you continue to post changes?
What I means is something like this format:

Changed this.
Fixed that.
Current State of Test Center
All differences between Test center and Live server.
This would greatly improve player abilities to track the changes going into new publishes. Currently we have to log into the test center and/or read thru multiple post containing partial data.
The "In Development" post are a bit worthless in terms of seeing what has changed, as it only tells us what Concepts have been appoved and will be going in. It does not state exactly how.

I checked and it shows up for me under fieldwear III. I don't think I have been there long enough to unlock any secrets.

Like Karquile said, running a Full Scan should fix the problem with the new armor pieces showing in your UI.
