Helpful Guidelines:

4. Please do not repeat bugs reports that have already been logged here. This thread is checked every day, so if its in this thread, the team has seen it.






SomeTips that are really helpful:



1. If something is gone, please log where the item used to be (Planet, Location X,Y)

2. If you find an NPC that doesn’t work, please provide a Name, Planet, Location X,Y

I am not sure if this is a new bug or not...but found this yesterday (on test of course).


I have factory crates of medical components in the ingredient hopper of a food/chem crafting station. I was trying to craft some Stim-D's and the crates of componenets were not showing up when I flipped over to the crafting station hopper in filtered mode. I turned the filter off and they then showed up but I could not double click them to add the componenents. I then moved these crates to my characters inventory and from there I was able to double click them to get them to add to the schematic and from there everything seemed to work as expected.


I used to be an armorsmith ages ago on a live server. I know in the past I could double-click factory crates to add them to schematic for weapon componenets. In all honesty, yesterday was the first time I ever tried this with Doctor stuff on test which is why I say I'm not sure if its new or not.

have some changes been made to the /takecover success and the overall 'cover' state? I'm hearing that NPC's are going prone and expending about the HAM for a /takecover maneuver, and that some of these NPC's are stuck in a prone state. I've personally noticed that /peace now works while under cover... before it did not (unless it becomes available with the 'sneak' skill), and so I have avoided cover for a long time (ie I haven't tested /peace and cover very often in a while).


still neutral and still able to attack both imp and reb factional PvE targets. a QA suggested that this could be fixed by taking up the rebel faction again and then resigning, but I'm waiting until I can try to recreate this for the QA team (mon-wed, when I don't work day-hours). I also found that I could trade with overt players while in this state... with the resultant TEF.

Waypoint names disappear from the datapad when you activate them.


Options doesn't remember the setting of the 'show detail objects' check box.


Options doesn't remember my last selected language.


Harvestors do not animate.


Most containers in the caves are bugged. You can open them (sometimes) but you can't take anything out (Access not permitted to this container), or they're "locked" but can't be sliced.


Skill plates with more than one modification, when added to armor or clothes, only add one of the enhancements.


The 45th POI location badge doesn't work (aqualish cave on Talus). If you don't have the Rori Spice Mine POI badge and go to the aqualish cave, you get the Rori Spice Mine badge. If you have the Rori Spice Mine POI badge then you get nothing. As a result, only 44 POI badges are attainable in the game and you cannot get the Master Explorer badge (though some players do receive it, through another unknown bug).


Smuggler Underworld and Master tree boxes do not show the bonuses granted to avoid imperial scans. Smuggler Master tree box does not show the bonus granted to avoid imperial scans. The Master box does not show the bonuses granted to armor and weapons slicing.


When I resell an item from a stockroom on one of my vendors, the vendor reloads and the stockroom shows as empty. I have to use another vendor to sell one more item. You have to keep switching vendors, as you can only sell one item from the stockroom before it shows up as empty.

I posted about this bug in the IN LIVE forum. This happened to me in live (Shadowfire).


I can confirm that I fixed it be signing up to the rebs again and then resigning.


I think the bug occurred because I resigned from the rebs and then logged out.

As far as the new (currently suspended on live) player city inactivity removal...

What happens to a Mayor that has not logged on in 6 weeks?

Has this been tested by anyone?

I can tell you 6 weeks from now, but I would rather find out in advance.

Just felt like popping in and mentioning (because it annoyed me today), that the armour bug still is in existance, tho it now only ever happens to the health pool now.

this has always been the case with skill tapes + armor attachments. whichever skill has the highest value is the one you get the enhancement from.


this IS the case on all live servers.

Problem on harvester an energy when resource diseapear. When that append power consumption is different between Medium and Heavy harvester: On Heavy power consumption stopped but on Medium power consumption continue but at reduced rate (50% ???). Hard to really put accurate value on that as resource vanish at always unknow time.

Armor Hole problem:


Armor hole happens when you equip weapons, monster can hit you as you don't have armor.


but when you unequip weapon, it won't happen.

I had a group of Monkeys follow me into my house today. I kind of made a whole group mad outside my house and when I ran in they followed. I actually fought them inside my house...was able to kill them...and harvest them. It was actually kind of funny and I'm not sure if its intended and/or part of the fixes to creature AI.


I'm thinking if I do it right I could populate my house with live mobs and then sell tickets to clear the new Mohr Dungeon. Probably will have to update to a large house to do this.


Also, I have an access fee on my house and I am sure none of the Monkeys paid.
