- Droid Modules: Changed the skill requirement for loading a stimpack dispenser droid from Organic Chemistry IV to Pharmacology IV.

- Missions: Mission terminals should now give out missions when activated.

- New User Experience: Enabled the changes for the new user experience. New characters will now get some additional instruction on where to go and what to do when you first enter the game. Create a new character and let us know what you think.

- Wookiee Armor: Wookiee Armor should now be visible again.

Thanks,

guys you better start listenning and I mean soon.. your answer to all of our questions concerning combat was the following:
"wait for the combat balance"..

and let me speak as clearly and respectfully as possible on this one... you BETTER have been working on this combat balance the WHOLE time you were telling us to wait... and it better be READY to be put on test very very soon... because you have said opennly that 35-40% of player issues is part of this combat balance, and giving 3 publishes to droids(1 profession) and pretending we've all forgotten about this balance is not going to happen.

patience with a game like this doesn't last forever, but when your telling us that 40% of all problems in this game are linked to a promise you've made again and again... telling us that this game badly needs this balance and that a lot of these combat issues have been around since launch YET giving upcoming publishes to jedi's and (this one I can't believe) a publish to the GCW BEFORE the combat balance is totally rediculous. The GCW is stuggling so badly at the moment.. one because there is absolutely no reason to build bases and be overt.. but more importantly because, the professions are so poorly scaled...

I understand you guys got shot down when you tried to impliment your crafting changes... but this is VERY VERY different to that situation. You were just doing that crafting change on your own.. you weren't telling the community that "changes were on the way for the better" for MONTHS... you were not answering all crafting questions with "wait for the crafting balance"... if some of you are business minded at all, you will realize that empty promises are VERY damaging to customer relations... forcing us to wait a year for changes that should've been done in development is one thing... but to get us excited about a "big fix" and taking that away.... you must see why we're so angry... you MUST see why your REALLY damaging your relationship with your player base who CARES about this games future...

Waiting for the combat revamp wouldnt be so bad if they actually followed through on their promises for fixes to combat professions THIS PUBLISH. Pistoleer is still almost entirely broke, pikemans even worse swordsman has 3 seperate lines in its skill tree that all do the same thing, aoe posture change woohoo.

Devs, STOP BULL**edit**TING US FOR ONCE.

Running through New User scenario.... very nice idea...

Initial feedback:

Please have conversation with Droid appear in log. The language is not always the clearest as to what is supposed to happen and my expectation of what the droid said was not necessarily what happened.

Started with Artisan. Droid explains that I should get a mission from terminal, then when I select Profession Quest (expecting the droid to give me a quest) I simply get a system message of Artisan quest number: 1. Not sure what this means or is supposed to do. (was hoping for it to point to a terminal or something to that affect).

Decided to pick up nov Brawler. the R2 unit, gleefully acknowledges what I am doing by giving me a blank dialogue window with two options: Ask Me Later or Yes please. So, I chose Yes please...

To my surprise it tells me that I can trade my survival knife (uber I am sure) for another weapon (staff or axe). NICE! I choose Axe. Nothing happened... no axe is present in inventory or in my hand. /bummed

So, I select Profession Quest / Brawler from radial. I recieve system message, Brawler quest number: 1. Again, not sure as to what this means...

Look forward to continued development of this feature...looks like I get to keep the droid, eh?

I HATE to respond to this because this is the TESTING forum and not for your griping that is ALL the other forums are for, However this is the SECOND half of the Droid Invation (2 patchs not 3), and MORE DROIDS is a request of most of the NON-combate posts. Also the DE profession HAS been broken SENCE LAUNCH unlike most of the combate profesions, and the Image Designers also got pushed back some and they still have BUGS sence launch. However most people where happy with there combate profesion until they "nerfed" them.(the fault of conplaners like you) And now they need to REBalance them to undo all the introduced problems. And as far as the Jedi go they are changing the way YOU get jedi so it is NOT a profesion change at all. Lastly there are going to be some combate issues delt with in this publish read the letter about the upcoming Publishs closer. They "...realized that we need to spend more time than a single publish to truly accomplish our goal, which is to make combat fun and engaging." I would thank that you would see this as a good thing they are taking there time to MAKE SHURE ITS DONE RIGHT, and not rush it out and mess it up.

when attempting to loot the corpse of the bandit in the tutorial, I get

"An unknown error has occured during the container transfer of Inventory." when using the 'Loot' sub-option on the radial menu... when using 'Loot All' or '/loot' it says "You find nothing else of value on the selected corpse." which I guess is right...
