Helpful Guidelines:
1. If you keep crashing to desktop, try doing a "Full Scan". You will find the Full Scan button at the bottom of your launchpad after you log in.
2. This thread is for TC Bug Reporting Only and NOT Live Servers. TC runs a different code base than Live.
3. Please post Bugs, Gameplay Problems, Exploits, and stuff that's Broken.

SomeTips that are really helpful:
1. If something is gone, please log where the item used to be (Planet, Location X,Y)
2. If you find an NPC that doesn’t work, please provide a Name, Planet, Location X,Y

If you have something targetted and use the /cough emote, the animation that is played is the /puke animation. If nothing is targetted then the normal /cough animation is played. I know I bugged this before but I failed to make the distinction of having something targetted.

Im not a crafter, and I don't own any factories. If I'm out driving around and I click target someone's factory, I get a system message saying "Warning: you do not have a schematic for that factory"

when i do bug reports it feels like they go into a blackhole. perhaps a good idea would be a friday feature to emphasize how you guys use our bugreports. it would heighten awareness to how important it is by doing a feature on how a bug goes from player report to being fixed. along with some metrics on a bug that has been fixed to how long it went throught the channels etc.

Capodan76, that is not limited to TC only. That same warning is given on live servers too.
Devs: maybe the server should make a check to see if the player is on the admin list before showing the warning.

- there is no way toselectively /addignore the Barker Droids
- using /bandflourish with the PlaybackDroid quickly depletes its action pool and should only deplete its batteries
- Playback Droid can be used by any level entertainer... should only be able to be used by novice+ musicians and dancers IMHO

Barb-Wire, I agree about the bug reports feeling they go into a black hole.My first three or fourmonths of play I sent in dozens of bug reports. I stopped about 4 months ago when none of the bugs I sent in were fixed. It is very discouraging, and I think it is a fantastic idea to do a friday feature on bug reporting and even revamping the /bug tool. It could be made to be much easier to use and more beneficial to both parties.
The most annoying cosmetic typo to me is when you try to teach someone and they have nothing you can teach them... there is a trailing quotation mark and it just irks me beyond belief that it still hasn't been fixed. I realize that Dev time is better spent on new features and major bugs rather than cosmetic changes, but honestly how long would it really take to fix one quotation mark? I'm a programmer, and even if that text was hardcoded it would take mere seconds to fix.
Sorry to bust into the Test Center thread with this, but TH and any else concerned, do a friday feature on bug reporting! I believe it is the general sentiment of the populace that /bug reports are not looked at, and hence that's why people don't use them.

Are we still able to pm Taurin with the info as well? I used to do that right after launch, but haven't needed to report anything in awhile...

Had some problems getting started on Test Center for the first time. Last night, I was able to log on as I normally would. My interface showed that it was scanning various files. Once this completed, I clicked on test center. My interface had me relog in, and did a fairly thorough scan. After scanning/downloading various files, I received a pop up window stating that I should reinstall. I haven't reintalled yet, but wanted to ask first whether this is a common occurance or if this is a bug that has a get around. Anyone have any ideas?
I was looking forward to trying out some of the new player mission types, but was not able to get past this warning message.

The helper droids do not appear on the rader. They DO, however, appear on the overhead map (ctrl+M). Intended?

Entertainer: Players need to watch a performer for at least 2 minutes before entertainer buffs can be applied.
Doctors Can buff 2 times more powerfull than the most powerful entertainer buff in 16 seconds a stat (5 seconds with skill tapes).
It only made sense that entertainers whose buffs are half as powerfull took 30 seconds, no?
