PreviousBugThread:

Helpful Guidelines:

1. If you keep crashing to desktop, try doing a "Full Scan". You will find the Full Scan button at the bottom of your launchpad after you log in.

2. This thread is for TC Bug Reporting Only and NOT Live Servers. TC runs a different code base than Live.

3. Please post Bugs, Gameplay Problems, Exploits, and stuff that's Broken.

4. Please do not repeat bugs reports that have already been logged here. This thread is checked every day, so if its in this thread, the team has seen it.

SomeTips that are really helpful for the QA team in duplicating your reported bug:

(Being able to duplicate or "make the same bug happen again" is a key ingredient to squash the bug)

1. If something is gone, please log where the item used to be (Planet, Location X,Y)

2. If you find an NPC that doesn’t work, please provide a Name, Planet, Location X,Y

Thanks!

Please note this is an In Test only thread. Please do not respond to it if your answer does not relate to the issue as it stands on the Test Center galaxy. Off topic or unconstructive posts will be removed without warning.

Rather old but kind of Important bug since this is the big image desinger push and all:

When using /image on a victim and said victim closes the image design window without pressing the 'cancel' or 'accept' button to do so will render the image designer unable to /image again. Recieving the notice that he/she has a design request already outstanding. This condition can not be cured except for a server restart. All login/logout attempts, Zoning, /commands have been futile.

Just a quick redirect... most of the IDs are putting theyre bug/concerns in teh ID forum itself not on the TC forum.

IDs cant ID themselfs. The commit and accept buttons arent working when IDing yourself.

Upon logging in after the mini-publish my character that had the darkest skintone that was possible for a zabrak, now has askintone that is a few shades lighter.

Noticed that sometimes when my character was riding a speederbike that he was sitting as if he was riding a creature mount, more upright and looked like his hands were holding onto a invisible saddle?Saw another player riding abike like that too. This is not the just asyou mount and start ride thing, it's the whole time your on the vechicle.

A character on TC that was in the process of stat migration before the patch today, is still very slowly adjusting his stats like before.

An image designer changed some things of one character and I couldn't see the changes after hitting accept.

Hit accept, the window closed, didn't get any confirmation that anything was changed , had to logout for a while before anything changed. If we don't get a comfirmation as a patron then ok but it would be nice to know that it stuck =)

Got a sparkles holo-emote , I think, not sure how to get it to appear, may have missed something but I couldn't find it or a cmd.

Didn't see that, just making sure all the bases are covered.

I haven't had a chance to really work out the new system, but a few bugs did show. I know the whole system seems to be semi-bugged. That's to be expected. That's why I play test...

Bug #1: When selecting changes to (female bothan, maybe other species) hair accessory colors, the changes show in the ID window, but NOT the client window. Also, changes don't seem to stick to that color on either client OR others.

Bug #2: In general, hair colors do not stick, similar to the Color bug that has been present since Day 1 in the profession. My results to this effect are as follows.

ID'd myself, bright green hair. Noone else could see the color. Hair 'item' ended up in inventory. Deleted item, went bald. While bald, and while hair was in inventory, the UI would NOT let me select a color for the client. After deletion and re-creation (by ID'ing again to give hair again) Colors were accessible and hair was not found in inventory again.

These are the two bugs which I have enough info to post on (and the only ones I remember.)

Oh... Vandessa. While I appreciate the fact that bugs are meant to be posted in this thread, the thread in the ID forum was commented on by a red-name who said he would direct the Dev's to THAT thread to monitor bugs as the community found them. Elsewise, we'd be plopping bugs here faster than you could draw your bug-zapper.

So far this is what I found before I got frustrated at all the active image design offer bugs and left for a few hours:

1) Keyboard shortcuts do not work when the interface is up. You can't hit ctrl-r to reply to people.

2) /groupchat does not work for the IDer with the interface up. You can not use this to chat with your client when it is really noisy.

3) I got myself into a state where my hair would revert to brown in the client window. I could not modify my own haircolor after that since it told me that I did not have the skill to do that. I am a master Image designer, so this is not true.

4) Image design takes the same amount of time inside and outside of the tents.

5) I can give holo-emotes but I have no idea of how to activate them! Can we have some instructions please?

6) I can't figure out how to do fast stat migration at all. There is something under advanced, but I am not sure of how to do it. Do you let them do stat migration as normal and then click that box to make it fast?

7) If you decline an ID offer or if the IDer closes their interface, the client is left in a bugged state and can not be IDed again. The workaround for this has been removed in the new system.

I will find more when I am ready to do more testing.

also, another bug...... I just tried to ID myself in Theed tent......... I am novice Ent with no other skills learned......... when the UI window pops up........... I can change nothing... should be able to change eyes (I think?) or at least something for sure...... also, I can't look around in the game....... like when I try to change my POV by moving my cursor to edge of screen the POV does not change...... just stays there at the same it was when I '/im' my number pad keys also did not work for this same purpose....... i.e. numpad 4 key to rotate my pov to my left and 6 to my right, 8 to look up, 2 to look down............. none of these worked while I was in my self ID session

thanks
