*** 9.1 Update Notes ***

New Chat Channels: Two new chat channels have been added to the chat system. There is an Auction channel and a Planet channel. Players are encouraged to trade goods and services galaxy wide in the Auction Channel. Planet Channels will be available to players on a chat tab when they arrive on any planet. Players can use these channels to find groups, medics, entertainers, find services, coordinate events and find all types of help in real time chat.


  • Chat: An auction channel is now available.
  • Chat: The Planet-wide chat channel is available.
  • Chat: Chat channels that were active before logging out will be auto-joined when the client reconnects.

    Combat
  • Fixed bug that prevented DOT's from breaking the Warcy effect

    Profession: Bounty Hunter
  • Fixed a case where NPC bounty targets can spawn high above the terrain.
  • Bounty Hunter missions should no longer appear at 0 0 0 when a Jedi first logs in.
  • Changed the seeker code to update the positions of the Jedi waypoints much more frequently. Previously waypoints could be as much as 20 minutes out of date. Now they will be less than 30 seconds out of date at the most.
  • Fixed a bug in seekers that sometimes caused them to report a Jedi was not on the same planet when in fact they were.

    Profession: Combat Medic
  • Added a minimum throw time to combat medic apply disease and apply poison
  • Corrected a bug that allowed combat medics to throw at twice the range listed on poisons and diseases

    • Agrilat Swamp Circuit Now Live!

    Star Wars Galaxies first Swoop track is now live! The Agrilat Swamp Circuit takes you into and through dangerous Agrilat Swamps on a race reminiscent of the one between Han Solo and the Bounty Hunter, Dengar. To begin, travel to the starting location and simply converse with the race protocol droid. If you have never raced that track before you will be given some options to describe how the race is run or to start a race. When a race is started, you are given a waypoint to the first leg of the race. Jump on your vehicle or mount or start running as fast as you can. Upon reaching that waypoint, you are given a waypoint to the next leg of the race and receive a message listing your current lap time. Upon completing the entire circuit you are given your total time. If you have beaten your personal best time, you receive graphical text for all to see. Conversing with the protocol droid again will register your last time with it and it will announce the time registered for all to see. If you beat the current daily record, you will receive a badge appropriate to that track.

    I'm just going to say that players should not be put in a boosted position to 'control' the population of other players.


    There are other more appropriate methods.

    Getting reports in from various servers that Saber toughness and perhaps Jedi toughness is no longer being calculated into hits and as such, more damage is being reported than is normally incurred,1.5x - 2x the amount. Also getting a report of Force Regeneration not being effetcted by mods, all regeneration is happening at the same amount over time.

    There is no AUCTION channel on Chimaera. There is no PLANET channel.

    You can add "planet" by "modify tab", but does not work.


    Many chat channels don't work, /tip does not work, /tell does not work.


    I get reports from other servers too, chatchannels do not work. They do noteven exist!
