Here are the notes for the latest Test Center update:

Armor: Fixed a problem with the examination of armor components which would prevent it from showing health encumbrance.
Combat: Fixed NPCs so that they will now use ranged weapons again in combat.
Corellian Corvette: Planetary map is now disabled when on the corvette
Corellian Corvette: You may now only take one corellian corvette quest at a time.
Corellian Corvette: Fixed problem where intel document wasn't being destroyed so players could get multiple travel tickets.
Corellian Corvette: Added badges for the Corellian Corvette Completion
Corellian Corvette: Fixed various typos and text errors.
Droids: Added a couple of new resource attributes to be tracked during seeker droid (both types) crafting, to fix a 0% durability issue preventing players from changing an attribute during crafting.
Droids: Fixed an issue that caused you to be unable to experiment on your droid pet's HAM bars
Droids: Change the scaling on the super battle droid
Droids: Adjusted the levels of crafted combat droids
Holocron: Added information describing the new functionality with /moveFurniture command.
Jedi/Bounty Hunter: Tweak to jedi bounty hunter TEF clearing-- There is a 30 second wait before the TEFs are cleared giving the jedi a moment to perform a deathblow if he so desires.
New Mounts: Tweaked mount speeds
Misc: Added timer to the factional HQs. Players cannot add new deeds to a HQ during the vulnerability period if a defense has been removed or destroyed. This period of time lasts for one hour and goes away when the vulnerability period is over. Players can still add defenses as long as one has not been removed.
Misc: Should no longer have a delay calling a pet in a merchant tent in town.
Misc: Should no longer have a delay if using a camp or city after combat.

If you find any problems with any of these items, please post them here. Please post any other publish 7 issues you find in the appropriate In Testing thread.

Kinda need some clarification on this one. Let's say a turret team takes out a turret3 hours before the vulnerability period starts. Can the owners replace said turret during the vulerability period (past 1 hour timer) or is adding defenses not allowed at all during that period?

Which comes first, the hour timer or the vulerability period? If a turret is destroyed as soon as the base goes live do the defenders have to wait an hour or until the base goes cold (2 hours)to replace it?

Droids: Change the scaling on the super battle droid

Droids: Added a couple of new resource attributes to be tracked during seeker droid (both types) crafting, to fix a 0% durability issue preventing players from changing an attribute during crafting.
Can we have clarification on what this means to DE/BH? As it stands, experimentation has 0 noticable effect on the quality of Droid usage for Bounty Hunters. Will this hotfix change this and make it so that highly experimented Seekers and Probe Droids will provide better results for BHs trying to find their mark?

Droids: Change the scaling on the super battle droid

Is this in reference to a craftable item or a MOB in the Corelian Corvette quest?

In this case he's talking about the in-game help system called the Holocron. He is not talking about those evil blue and red things.

He's referring to the in-game holocron (help screen) you get when you push ctrl-h - Not the jedi holos

LOL

So it's the /moveFurniture up/down thing, huh?

And the "evil red and blue things" are just going to become useless? I'd like to know if there will be any purpose to keeping these around post-Publish 7 (I refuse to do any more holo-grinding now that they are silent, but I'm afraid to give them up if they are going to help me in the quest-based path to unlocking).

That's affirmative, they are on board the Corellian Corvette dungeon, along with your standard battle droids. It's by and large the best POI/dungeon I've seen yet. Another hundred of these type of dungeons, and Galaxies will truly be at the top of its class.
