Make it so ranged professions at least have a chance against melee professions.

Make it so that there is no 'best' armor (ie composite) or weapon, but rather all are good for different situations.
(Comment: too much art is being wasted because everyone wants the 'best' in armor and weapons during PvP, but this ends up meaning everyone ends up using things like stun batons, vibroknucklers, jawa ion rifles, and high base comp. armor with stun resists.)

jedi need some type of pve armor it is stupid to be a fully buffed jedi and be killed in 1 shot we cant hardly do any pve without a tanker thanx
You must be horrible at PvP if your jedi always dies ... I have yet to see a PvP battle since pub 9 where the jedi didn't completely rule the field of battle.

Cut your losses and pull the plug on the game, release JTLS as a stand alone title for $20 .... or
Start releasing the combat revamp in phases (every month add a bit more), remove 100% dependance on buffs and 100% mind damage pvp dominance before everybody quits the damn game (why does everyone wear composite and every one get buffed before combat? they have to, that's why, and it shouldn't be that way)

Sorry, misread ... PvE, not PvP. Shouldn't have made the comment anyway ... wasn't constructive ... I'm just tired of jedi complaining because the devs completely cater to them. As far as I'm concerned there should be a limit to the number of jedi logged in the SWG at one time (100 per server) and a limit to how long they can be logged in so that other jedi can get a turn as well (2 hours maybe?)

Skill combos.
A while ago a dev mentioned that you all were trying to make combat more interesting by introducing skill combos, so instead of spamming one attack, using several different attacks in a successive order would be more beneficial. If you need an example, probably the best skill combo system in any MMORPGS so far has to be the skillchain system in FFXI, its just phenomenal and really gives the players a huge sense of accomplishment when one is pulled off right.
I know its more than 1 sentence, but seeing how its on the 56th page and wont get read anyways, oh well.

how about something small like skill tapes fix the ones that dont exist anymore like crawl speed
then something larger like balancing the game

I would like to see combo moves, more MASTER PROFESSION ONLY moves, and more weapons.

1)Do NOT make mind heals stim-able - (seems only mele professions are asking for this)
2)Do NOT reduce CM poisons and diseases 75% pvp, rather limit the CM ability dramaticly giving the ability points to the MasterCM's. This will prevent these 4,4,0,0 CMs running around poisoning anyone and everyone.
3)Bring back permadeath for jedi - This will keep the jedi gank squads at bay
4)Make Jedi only rez-able by other Jedi - See #3 results
If you nerf the CM's by 75% you might as well eliminate the profession, now that Docs have area heals. Please think about this before you enact.
