Ok haven't seen this one mentioned yet.


At the star or shuttle port when the shuttle lands click on the ticket collector and get the message


"you can not do this in your current condition"


usualy have to end up double clicking the ticket

Once again I will post the auto pull issue for smugglers. This makes slicing large orders an extremely laborous task. Please fix it. It has been a known issue for sometime and should never have made it too live.

look, the sith came and jumped me the day after the old man came to me, i killed them both, one of them i looted notthing the next one disapeared as soon as i killed him, i had the waypoint datapad in my inventory, my crystal said i did the mission....I go to use the datapad and it said "you must loot this object before you can extract information from it"

aka im **edit**ed, i worked hard to get where i am, and be on of the first people on corbantis in the villiage, and now, i cant do anything, untill you the devs fix it for me...

so guys please just get the datapad working....its a bug and should be looked into

Oh it's not just Eisely. It was like all of Tatooine yesterday morning on Scylla.


I came across a spawn of 24 Jawas, and all attacking at once with their little quadruple-shot guns - ouch.

Thanks for communicating the known issues, TH. This would be great to do for every publish.


You did forget to include the following known issue, though: that auto-pulling of AUKs, WUKs and Clamps from crates is no longer possible.



This is, to say the least,quite an inconvenience. (We have always had to pull the laser knives individually in order to get the full 10 charges out of them, but that is another bug and another story.) Having to manually pull these tools adds a lot of time to the process (especially for large orders) and it also causes inventory management issues (again, adding time to the process of slicing). Many of my fellow smugglers have more than doubled their prices because of this. Some claim they are no longer slicing.


When asked about this during the 8/12/04 Stratics Chat,you said "The autopulling from crates was the result of a change to a different part of the system. I have support from the team to change it back. its just a matter of time now. Sorry for the inconvenience and yes we do love smugglers."


I think many of us thought that this meant it would be fixed before the code wentlive. It appears we read more into this comment than we should have. That being said, when can we expect this bug to be fixed?


I know the smuggler community would really appreciate an answer to this question.

My Equipmentvendorshad the first and third slotson the Equipment listing on the Planetary Map for Radiant/Naboo.


Last night they were gone. Unregistering and re-registering didn't help. Neither did disconnecting and reconnecting.


And now I see that there are numerous other issues that should have been caught in either internal QA testing or Test Center testing.


So was everyone too busy playing Jedi to do proper testing of all the other changes? And why did these other changes generate these bugs in the first place?


I've been a patient defender of the developers for the most part because I've been a programmer and managed programmers. I know how hard it is tomake changes to complex software on an aggressive schedule, and I appreciate that there are a lot of changes made for Publish 10 that haven't had problems.


But that professionalexperience also means I have a reasonably good idea of how NOT to manage software development. Whilethe development process for SWGseemed to have beenimproving, this latest batch of bugs is inexcusable. There is no way these things should have been missed in testing, or not corrected if they were found in testing (as apparently some of them were).


For shame, SOE. Please take this as yet another opportunity to implement a fully professional software development process in which someone in a position of responsibility has the courage to say, "No, we will not release these changes until properpeer reviews have been performed and the changes have passed rigorous and completetesting"... and means it.

Harvesters:


I am getting completely random resource draws. I had to empty my harvesters yesterday since their hoppers were close to full. Today, I come and check them to get resources in them that I am not harvesting, as well as some resources listed at quantity "0" that were cleared out yesterday.


It's a bit difficult to rescource materials when I am not getting what I am actively harvesting. In game /bug sent.

I was able to create the no healing bug this morning on Lok, I ate havla, bivoli, 2 vasarian brandy, and was able to enhance all of my stats as usual, but when I flew to a player city (Lok N Load on Naritus) and tried to throw poisons at the rebels at their base in town i couldnt, I also could not heal with any type of stim CM or regular, throw diseases or poisons, but I could still heal wounds. When the havla timed out it still wouldn't allow me to heal or poison either. I suspect the problem lies in the havla due to the fact that my old havla I used that was out of the crate prior to this patch didn't cause this problem, but havla out of a crate after the patch did cause the problem, also the havla was made pre publish 10.


There has also been various crashes on all of my accounts that instantly dump to windows with the game immediately shutting off, once on dathomir right after I logged in I threw a ranged stim E at a musician and instantly crashed on 8/31, on Corellia I crashed instantly with no known cause of triggering it on 8/31, and in Theed as I was walking to the cantina a person sent me a tell that crashed me on 9/1, All three instances have sent logs that will hopefully shed some light on this issue.


I hope that all of this hate mail becomes constructive criticism in the near future so we can get to playing the game as intended, but I also hope that there is a dramatic improvement in the rate and clarity of anwsers to questions and concerns on the part of the people who we the customers pay in our subscription fees.

Ubese ARMOR Shirts and Ubese ARMOR Bandoliers are now classified as CLOTHING and have CONDITION. They only accept Clothing Attachments now. Revert your changes to these two items. There's nothing game-breaking about having a couple pieces of armor that don't decay. It's not going to put armorsmiths out of business (Unlike tailors who need the decay) when people buy 1 ubese shirt and never have to replace it, trust me, I know, we sell plenty of Biceps, bracers, chests, helms, boots, gloves and leggings to keep ourselves busy.

Also, I went up to the vette yesterday and found I couldn't heal myself. It was a short trip and involved a lot of cloning. I'd like 10% decay back on everything I was carrying, thanks.

Haven't read right through to see if this is mentioned but can you please let us know what is happening with Ubese Armor shirts, bandoliers etc. They appear to have been moved from armor to clothing. I don't remember this being in the notes!
