So, in short, we hear you but don't expect anything for the next 8 months or so. This is probably the most dissapointing dev post I have read in a long time. I like what I hear most of the time.
LOL, I mean, I have been here DAILY, 40+ hours a week SINCE LAUNCH, and I have only seen one person wearing RIS armor and it was the helmet only.
How long to they think we are willing to play this game to get to the payoffs?
Side note: I have seen more AV-21 Landspeeders than I have RIS armored players, my point is, AV's are not as common as I feared they would be, so I believe the commonality of RIS and AV's should be similar.
I fear that the Mandalorian armor and BH armor will be very common, but we will see...
Disappointed in comparison to the other answers, some things that make absolutely no sense and a lot more "maybe later" responses.
Because the various changes since launch, it certainly doesn’t seem that RIS is epic armor, but after the combat balance, all of these details will make more sense.
Translation: We are nerfing the hell out of all of your armor...have a nice day!

I'm sure the answer would be "it's not in the budget", but how hard is it to get a few additional hands to keep up with the current game. As it seems right now, there's probably 2 or 3 people dedicated to the live publishes, with all the other people (Art, UI, etc.) doing JTL.
TH and the Devs: being in the MMORPG business is just as much about keeping your current customers satisfied as it is drawing in new customers. IMHO I would re-evaluate your balance between these two. You have a lot of dedicated people, a lot of people hungry for more content, who don't want to wait for the expansion to come out. By that time you may have already lost their patronage.
Please tell me the much talked about "Veteran Rewards program" is more than special emotes. That would be very disappointing.

Timing it ourselves can be problematic, especially since the 2minute minimum. Sometimes the buffs do not stick and if most people are lucky they get the full 2 hours, where some get 30minutes - 1 hour..its hard to judge the buff times now.Something along the lines of a command like "/timeron X" X being the amount of minutes, I.E "/timeron 5", and a 5 minute timer will popup and start counting down. So that all entertainment classes will know when to tell people to either stop watching or listening.Thanks for your time. Have a good day.--Mogg, Master Musician (TKDS)
write a macro - /pause 300; /echo "Buff is done";
tie this into your buff macro. When the buff is done, you will see "buff is done" displayed in your chat window. No pop up needed.
