I'm wondering...

Do those of us who have been with SWG since launch get the 12 months + reward?

So we get 3 rewards when this goes live?

Please, if its allowed to come with a humble wish for a Veteran Reward...

I want very much to see a LAMBDA SHIP gives to us imperial veteran players. Other ships can ofcource be
given to rebels or neutral players....But I would very much like to get that ship...

LOL.....there are 3 things that brought me to this SWG universe:

1. Star Wars
2. Jedies
3. Lambda Space Ships

Have me excused please. When I joined the game I knew nothing about it, except it was Star Wars, so I did
know nothing if I could get those 3 things ingame, except Star Wars ofcource :=)

Yes. That is correct. As long as your account has been active for 12 months of course.

I closed my account for maybe like half a month during the Christmas season... lol. But then reopened it again because I knew it might cause me to miss out on vet rewards.

Quick question... Will the rewards be non-tradeable?

Please for the love of SWG do not make them non-tradeable!


Take a lesson from UO and make put a limit on them per account... Not per character. You get the reward one time on the character of your liking, maybe a choice of what reward(s), and thats it; making them tradeable. It will give them a great amount of worth and also bring people to start collecting.

Of course, vehicles and homes and mounts will require the player to be of the status to use but the house items won't... Just like on UO. You can put the replicas into your home and trade them but if you weren't 3 years you can't use the etheral mount.


I remember on UO I went crazy to collecet all the miniatures.

Guess I'll just wait till June which will make it 24 months for me, making me eligible for the AT-PT. But does this mean I can not get any other gifts in fear of restarting the timer again and having to wait minus x amount of months from 24?

No. Let's assume you created your account today. The way it works is after 3 months you can choose one 3 month reward. Three months later you could choose one6 or 3 month reward. At 12 months, you could choose one 3, 6, or 12 month reward.

The intervals are 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and every 12 months after that.

So if your account has been active for 12 months or more as of now, you will be able to select three rewards total. You'll get your next choice when your account has been active for 24 months.

So if I want to claim a 24 month reward, I should not get a 12 month reward when this reward system comes out. Otherwise I would have to wait another year to get the 24 month reward?

It's not based on when you make your choice, it's based on your account. So if you account is 15 months old you'll get the 24 month reward choice 9 months later no matter when you select your rewards. There is no reason to wait to make your choices.

Gohen...if you started the game today it would work like this...

In three months you get to choose a gift.

Three months later another.

Six months later another

Twelve months later another.

And every 12 thereafter.

If you've already been in game a year, as of when it goes live then you get:

1 gift for the 3rd month.

1 gift for the 6th

1 gift for the 12th

And then one gift every 12 months after your registration date from thence forward.

Got it?
