Aakara, the Spec Ops backpack schematic is given by Mon Mothma in the Rebel theme park quests.

By the way, Akaara...do you know HOW to get the leather? I'm trying to gather components for my city's resident Tailor, but no one I've talked to has a clue where to find the leather.

Let me describe my "new" themepark experience
Ride speederbike to themepark point, dismount and warp 100's of meters away from themepark.... run back there.... get mission.... ride speederbike out to waypoint.... dismount and warp hunders of meters away from the waypoint.... run back to waypoint and the NPC who i am supposed to talk to attacks me, I kill him.... Mission incomplete.... Ride speederbike back to themepark point, dismount and warp 100's of meters away from themepark.... run back there.... get mission again.... ride speederbike out to waypoint.... dismount and warp hunders of meters toward the waypoint.... NPC attacks me instead of letting me talk to him
rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat
This game really does suck sometimes

spent a good while redoing the jabba theme park. i have to say i was disapoited by the loot almost nothing of value ( the rancor teeth i got are much worse then normal ones i have had made into weapons and even those sucked ). also big complaint but off topic since you revisted the theme park loot couldnt you guys have made the rantok a little bit better for us fencer's so at least we could have gotten a sword that does good damge instead of a stick ? it being one of our certs and a non craftable weapon on top of that . just seemed to me to be a good time to beef it up while you were already redoing stuff that was part of the jabba missions

One thing that I am annoyed about is only having the Record Keeper only talk to you once. I was planning on getting both suits from the Emperor's Retreat (By getting the first one, then starting the quest again) but you can only talk to him once...

well... from 3PO i got 5 of these really cool pistol power-ups... just one prob... i can't use them on any of my pistols... DL-44, DL-44 metal, FWG-5, Scout blaster.... none of them will accept the damn power-ups... WHY??

It is a loot drop item but they do come with identical serial numbers. But hard to find some nonetheless

In the Imperial Them Park, I was awarded with a Droidsmith's Tool Set Schematic. It reads, that I have to at least Novice Tailor, to use it. What this item do?

Just as an observation... the clothing that you get as rewards doesn't seem to have durability in line with such a unique item. The B-Wing suit is 100/100, which would break down very, very quickly if used in combat.
Plus, is there a list of the various theme parks that can be run through for reward and profit?
