Shorten the ranges for all brawler skills and brawler elites (TK, especially, as this is unarmed, and I doubt anyone can seriously suggest anyone has30 foot-long arms to punch as they do--at 10 metres, much less farther) to realistic ranges.

hard cap composite armor base at 50% alow 2 special resists at 70%, and give all armor similar protective traits as composite, so that alldamage types are effective in PvP and we dont have to all lookthe same

Rework Burstrun similar to forcerun and drains HAM at a rising rate (eliminate timer); Scout/Ranger bonuses should be +% burstrun speed.
