I made a -3 force use saber and when I use frenzy, I lose 5 points of jedi xp and it doesn't do any damage..

Death penalty seems rather extreme. I assume I hit the penalty.Died once, new player exemption, due to the hordes of dark jedi masters in Bestine the other night (I was shuttling there to logout in the hotel, had no force powers, no force, no saber due to known issues and lack of inert gas). When i logged on today, I noticed I was 200k Jedi xp in the hole.
As slow as this stuff accumulates, a single death xp debt totalling many days of 'grinding' (assuming you could find the crystals to do that effectively) seems a little extreme. Dunno, could be intended.

Crystal drops:
Lok, pirates, including elite canyon corsairs. Killed four groups of pirates (4-5 each), zero crystals of any sort dropped. Lost a total of about 30 condition across 5 crystals (1 color, 4 damage) killing these 16 + two nests of critters.

Nests were destroyed solely by force lightning, which caused no new critters to spawn.

Force lightning 1 damage now seems capped at around 600 on the high side, 300 on the low side.

Crystal stats seem beyond random. I have a very good crystal (-8 or so fc, I want to say +77 damage though I bet it's +17 and I'm brain farting) that shows as 'poor'. My other 'poor' crystals range from -7fc to -9fc, and -10 damage to +17 damage or so. Reports of 'good' crystals/pearls don't seem to do hugely better than this (up to +50 damage, -9fc?).

Roaming high threat creatures in capital cities have turned them into deathtraps for lower skill folk (or those coping with the conversion bugs who are defenseless and can't make weapons).

I travelled to every planet but rori. No gas ever spawned in my inventory (I did get a donation from another Jedi, thankfully).
I did appear to get a double crystal allocation somehow (4 color crystals, six damage).

2000 enhance, master lightsaber, 2004 defender, 2204 healer, 1000 powers, Trial eligible (Lok shrine, going to see what I've won when/if I find some more crystals)

At first glance I only seem to have a 4th gen (1handed) schematic, even when at a crafting station. Seems odd I can't use 2/3rds of my specials with my 'best' weapon. Recommend re-syncing jedi xp to damage, as having it attached to force use severely penalizes masters who get 'efficient' sabers through crystal or experimentation, as well those who can't rack up enough crystals (or force regen) to make using higher gen lightsabers survivable.

When doing the audition for the Dance Quest:


There is a system message that you have passed the audition, but as soon as you leave to go to the theater manager there is a system message that you failed becuase you leave too soon.


once you talk to the theater manager, you are told to try again in 24 hours.

Training of the starting force professions is STILL bugged (Heightened Senses, Enhanced Reflexes, Combat Prowess etc..) This is from a trainer or a player =I....

Force regen does not work. Log out and in, full scan, shuttle hoped everything, powers will not regen and cant do anything. Is this being looked into or not?

Im guessing that these are not in fact bugged. If im understanding correctly these skills are gained as a result of doing the new quests in publish 10and are not trained by either pc or npc trainer (the first weekend when these where trainable im guessing was the bug). Instead you go to a npc, or maybe the shrines and get a quest or set of quests your prize for completing those quests are to get 1 box of an FS skill. then you get a new set of quests and so on till you master that tree. Then go off and find the next quest giving npc/shrine/whatever.


R5 or some other dev reading these would be nice if you could comment on this. I've seen this particular question asked on several different threads over the last 2 weeks. would be much appreciated.

Jedi Knight Trials Bugged *again*



Before TC2 went down i had to kill one more enraged kimogila so after the server came up againi tried search and found jayden near me so i asked if he found any enraged kimo's, later he said yes and we grouped up together and with dr and killed the enraged kimo.


We didn't getting any message so we thought "Bugged again?" at the same time


We went to a shrine on lok and it says this to me...

It says i have to defeat2 marauders but i already killed 2 while i never killed one and it keeps telling me this but Dr and Jay message said 0 of 2..

I've got a good suggestion for starter packs after a server wipe:


All the current items + money, but:


-Empty inventory

-Add a backpack to put everything in the starter pack in

-Instead of stacks of 10k of the current lightsaber materials, add packs of 10k of every spawnable resource to the backpack

-After completing choosing of normal professions, give 1 weapon (loot quality) for the mastered combat skills a player has achieved


If this process would be easy to do, and a large number of people agree (including the developers), then no one would have to empty their inventory, and relog to get the rest of the starter kit resources. Both of my characters have objects that are useless (from the copy to TC2) that I spend about 16 minutes collectively deleting.


Thanks for reading, and the Dark Jedi Master and Knight flood in Theed was cool. I had to escape via vehicle (after cloning) before any of them went hostile with me. My jaw dropped and almost hit my desk.
