Can we make the AT-ST a fation rank vehicle please. The Reb's have a point about some nov marksman mowing down a bunch of newbes with it. But if a faction rank of lets say LT or higher rank then he has invested a lot of points to get that high and to get one in the first place. P.S. when overt can we have our ranks even show up please. Thankyou.

Just FYI, don't know if this was stated yet, but I play on Test, and AT-ST's now have 35% kinetic and energy resists. Devs, you do one good thing, then make it a punching bag again. WOOHOO! A rifleman can take this down real fast now. Nice to know I WASTED THIRTY THOUSAND faction points.

Also, ATSTs have medium armor, 55k ham (as much as a Canyon Krayt), and very high resists except to blast. They have excellent accuracy and hard to get away from when attacking. Yes, they should be able to attack TEFed targets. That is a problem that needs to be fixed, but I'll be damned if I'll have you tell me that they're worthless. What you're asking for is a near invincible tank.


I think you ask too much, as the ATST can be very effective if used effectively. Just don't send it in against commandos. It's the same reason I don't duel teras kasi. As a rifleman, I know that that's just a stupid idea. Sending an ATST against a commando is a stupid idea.


Here's my final statement for you to chew on. Stop your bitching.

I've griped about this before, and I'm going to gripe about it again. Quit nerfint the Imps so heavily. When I started, I could have 3 faction pets, and they did something. Only chance I had at defense against roving rebels who would kill me every single chance they got. I've been killed training, using the bazzar, walking from point A to B, crafting, surveying, pretty much any bloody thing I try to do. Now my pets are near useless to defend me, and Can't even defend me against non rebel npc attacks. Why did I spend a week grinding out for an AT ST and 2 dts, just for them to play cards while I'm getting killed? If I'm an Imp officer, and I have a trooper assigned to me, and he just watches me die by bandits or thugs, perhaps a Tusken, when my but is cloned, he is getting shot for treason. It's completly unrealistic. At least let them frigging guard us or something. Why can't I get all 3 out any more? I can see not letting us get out 3 AT STs. That is a little overkill. But if I'm a master Sergant, why can't I get 3 troopers to work for me anymore? Not like they are going to do anything, but at least it might deter rebel pks from shooting me in the head at the bazzar. Say more fact pets out for higher rank? I could live with that, would even make sense. If I work my butt up to a surface marshal, and I can't get more than one solider to follow orders, something is seriously wrong with this entire faction system. And please, please! Fix the faction armour. I played a blacksmith on EQ, yes, it sux when crafters can't compete with loot items. But spending so much faction on armour that is a 3'rd effective as crafted equipment is a joke. Make it cheaper, or make it worth something. I quit grinding and never bothered to get ST armour because there was no point at all. Might as well just be a decoration, and I'm not wasting that much time on something else to clutter my house.

They have no idea how to write the code for that bro.


They cant even write the code that tells them whether or not you were deathblowed in PvP or PvE.

How about fixing the imps who found a way around the No ATST in pve unless it was against rebels..


Now all they do is put the ATST on guard and wait for an aggro.. but I guess thats ok since they didnt specifically tell the ATST to attack it did it on its own.. lame..

My thoughts;


The CH have it right in a certain respect, a max number of pets up to a certain level.


Faction pets should all be callable until you reach the max CL or max number of pets Allowed by your current Faction rank.


hmmm ... would this be too hard?


If they think something should be nerfed or changed ie, AT-ST's or a scout trooper then they change the CL too and all is groovy.


Is that too simple?

Well, AT ST's are **edit** usefull to me...


i group with it so i can take out 26k missions, then store it and do the missions. Its a great way to make a lot of money

if a player on Test Center is willing to sell me one of there old AT-ST, I wuld be more than willing to test this.

as a Zabarak AT-STs cost me almost 12k of faction points
