I voted for Sean. Sean won. I got a statue that any mid-level architect can make (Albeit in a slightly darker hade of blue.) I wanted the rug so badly I could taste it.

Out of 10 people that I know of that voted for Sean, ONE person got the rug, everyone else got statues.

I got the loyalist badge.

I knew there were quests, I knew voting for sean would mean Tusken raids on Bestine (sounds fun)

I knew that if Victor got in, a banner was the reward.

Obviously I was misinformed. I have now been given a loyalist badge. It has 100 condition. It mentions its a reward for me helping vote in Victor.

Compared to an Imperial Banner. This just was not worth giving up Tusken Raids, assuming they are happening. Ta, I feel miserable I missed out on the banner just due to luck. And sure, I'm real sure someone is gonna trade.

U got a badge. Unfortunately Victor was poorly represented (or well, depends on your point of view)

A Banner compared to a Badge... well, there not much to say on that. Put a value on one and put a value on the other. Its not that hard to see something is uneven.

I 'assume' if we want a banner we have to vote for victor again, and keep on voting. Meanwhile, all those that got a banner will no doubt switch across to sean.

Now, does that mean if victor wins again do we get another Badge?!, or random?, or a banner seeing as we got the badge last time.

Either way, chances are the rich will get the banner next election that Victor wins, as some may get it twice and sell it to the higher bidder.

Overall, to get a banner, we can keep voting for victor treating the quests as annoying, miss out on anything sean gives out when he wins.

If your like me, its not worth the effort for the banner. Its a shame I didn't know that beforehand. I guess I'll do the Tusken quest and go through the whole head ordeal. But, I'd give up 'trying' to get the banner if the system remains the same. Its all luck and destroys my enjoyment of the game.

And Thunderheart, when giving out random loot. Try to put a value on each loot, and if one is worth well over 200,000 and the other is barely sellable... balance it out a bit more will you

Here's all the info on the Tusken quest from Victor for people who are interested:

The spawn you have to kill is the Tusken Executioner, not the Tusken Observer. I've fought him four times, he had 310K HAM once, and 360K HAM the other three times. He has 80% resists to nearly everything, but I play as a swordsman and he had a weakness to blast.

Using intimidate on him is the way to go. Two melee players spamming center of being and intimidate can take him down in about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on whether you both deal kinetic damage or if one or both of you can deal blast. You NEED two players to tank. He has a tendency to mind hit for 1500 damage or more, so being able to hit /peace and sit down to heal your mind while your friend tanks is a lifesaver. Just stagger who takes breaks and when and you should be okay.

Also, this should be obvious, but only form groups with people you trust not to ninja loot you and who are willing to make sure everyone in the group gets 1 head. So the smaller the groups, the better. Groups of two or three are ideal.

The head is cool looking, however it's NON-TRADABLE and NON-DROPPABLE, which really bites. You can't display it in your house, you can't give it to your friends. Which is frustrating, obviously. I traded one in and got a Lithium Rifle, which does kinetic damage but is otherwise terribly weak. Gave the rifle to a friend of mine who is a master rifleman, and surprise, surpise... he lacks the skills to use it because he isn't certified! So basically it's useless.

Went back and got another head; I'm keeping it in my bank safety deposit box on the off chance that the devs decide to fix it.

One other note: I am on the Chimaera server and have noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of this new Tusken spawns the last couple days. The first two or three days after the patch, everytime I went there there was a full complement ofObservers, Witch Doctors, and an Executioner. In the past three days I have yet to see ANY of these spawns again, and no one I've talked to at the fort has seen them either. Maybe we all have bad timing, or maybe it's borked again. Who knows...

First I tried the quest to look how it is. But when I realized that I have to kill a Tusken with really high HAM and only one person can loot it, I didn't finish it. It's just not worth the effort. The only thing that would make this quest ok is that everyone in a group who kills it can loot the head. Overall the effort ist to big for the reward right now.

1. I waited a month to get the imp banner i wanted to put it inour guild hall and all i got was a necklace huge HUGE letdown .

2. Me and a buddy both took victors tuskan quest and tried to redo it 3 times each 4hrs at the fort waiting for this quest to spawn 4hrs!! and nothin
