You know, this video is available to the public. I don't think this is the positive image SOE wanted for the game and tried enforcing by making the forum only for the players...

Hey Devs, you know, some people here deserve some free months for doing you freakin' job. Not only did they endure the painful 230Mb dl, but they re-edited it to be bandwidth friendly, put it through a better codec, and then hosted it on their own servers that don't crap out in the middle of a download. All in under 1/2 an hour!
