check Paragraph # 3 in the 'City Growth' part... it currently reads:
"...A week later, at the next city update, if the radius has increased to the required level, all structures that are still invalid are destroyed. "
My guess is that you want it to say:
either,
"A week later, at the next city update, if the radius has increased to the required level, all structures that are still invalid are NOT destroyed. "
or,
"A week later, at the next city update, if the radius has NOTincreased to the required level, all structures that are still invalid are destroyed. "
Hopefully I'm right hehe.

Bunch of replies
All city members requirement will be raised by 5 for all levels (including level 3 and 4).
City members requirement has been raised to allow the the city cap to be removed for outpost.
This is a one tiome increase and the requirement will NOT grow until every city reach metropolis.
As long as you got 10 citizen you can stay at outpost level from now on.
Once you passed the 24h city check, you next city size check is at the 7 days/maintenance time... so those of you between 5 and 10 will have up to then to reach 10.
"When a city hall is placed, you have 24 hours to get 10 citizens in your city." This only apply to people creating a city after the city requirement increase, for others the previous reply applies.
Outpost try to grow every 7 days at the 7 days/maintenance time ... they only grow if the city cap has not been reached.
Only City and Metropolis will have Shuttle Port (level 3 and 4) and that represent a minimum of 55 citizens.
You can't build a city at less then 1000m from a city.
It should read : "A week later, at the next city update, if the radius has NOT increased to the required level, all structures that are still invalid are destroyed. "
You can only grow 1 city rank per week. No matter how much citizen you have.
Cantina, med center, theater and merchant tents are player building that can only be placed in a city. Their maintenance cost are supported by the players that put them down and the maintenance get increased by taxes (they don't cost but bring money to the city).
Road will not grow. Sorry to disapoint you, maybe they will add this later but I doubt.
Red light district name has been changed to Entertainment district : the description was forgoten ... pure typo.

Thanks for at least communicating on this. Mine is a simple question, asked a few times, but in a more complicated manor. If you could explain this I think a lot of people will not be as frustrated, even if it is an answer they do not want to hear

Actually, he's not. Dev = developer, which would be coders, graphic artists, etc. TH is in customer relations, not coding, hehe.
TH, any chance on an update to the Player building Advanced guide to add screenshots/floorplans for the new city buildings?
Also, as I've just become an architect, I noticed there's a little difficulty trying to figure out which building matches which schematic (especially for small corellia/generic houses). For instance, Small Corellian houses come in "Small Corellia House", "Small Corellia House (Floorplan 2)", "Small Corellia House (Style 2)", "Small Corellia House (Style 2, Floorplan 2)", however in the guide on the site, they're all "Small Corellia House", with Style: 1, 1a, 1b, 1c. If you've got good eyesight, you can see actual "Floorplan x" in handwriting on the scanned floorplans, but when I direct customers to the site, they sometimes get confused. How about for each building, list the actual schematic name?

Since I don't really know where to place this where someone will actually read it, I'll post it here...
Bio Engineer seems to be the only skill trainer NOT able to be placed with the /recruitSkillTrainer command..
well except for Jedi of course...
For those wondering.. I was able to get an IG-88 droidas well as aRodian wearing ?Maldorian? (boba fett's) armor as the bounty hunter trainer.
and on a related note... We are not able to trade in Faction Points for about 3 types of Experience.. maybe more... such as Medical crafting XP... quite possibly the only XP I WOULD trade in FP for 8)
