Don't know if it's somehow related to publish, but all of a sudden today a lot of low-level mobs like kreetles and flappers around cities tarted spawning with white names (i.e. non-attackable)

PUB 10: Removed Drop-Shadow Effect on Names. But Why?
Do you have any idea why this is done?
NPC's, Furnitures, Players, House signs are now plain colors without black drop shadow effect. That is also same for Overhead map CTRL+M
But WHY?
Do you have any idea how hard to read Vendors on overhead map, NPC names, House names in daytime of Tatooine?
Please hot fix this as soon as possible. At least make it adjustable.

Yay! More bull**edit** from SOE! Waiting months to start quests that will take months? Do you really think people will stand for this?! If you do, you are in for a harsh slap from a little friend of mine call "Reality". This is disgusting and you damn well know it. Paying customers will not pay to be treated like muck. Fix it, and fix it NOW.
Although, I dunno why I, and everyone else, has bothered to post their objections and complaints, I mean, we all know that the Devs and SOE are printing out these pages as we speak and wiping their asses with them.

I don't think keeping jedi numbers down matters anymore already a lot of them. Messed up GCW on my server
Will the amount of time someone has been playing the game please be taken into account with this new system. I've played for over 6 months and have been more active them some of the people who grinded 30 proffesions.

TH... you havebeen telling us that people who unlocked between pub 9 and 10 that they have wait 1-3 days for the old man to visit. Then those in the groups below them have to wait till a portion of the inital group finishes the quests and such. So are we looking at a week until the Old man visits the next group?
If this is the case... that means those in the last group will miss out on the first phase of the Village quests. This will mean they will have to wait till the first phase cycles around again.
This is an unreasonable amount of gating for your loyal customers. We have put up with alot in this game and if it wasn't for the "Star Wars" title I doubt there would be a game at all. We stick around becasue we are promised imporvements and content. But when you finally add the improvements and content and then tell us (in a very vauge manner) that we may have to wait weeks... even months to enjoy it... its going to make people bitter. And rightly so too.
Just on a side note... I have no problems with haveing to work at becomming a Jedi (or any other profression for that matter), nore do I mind that it may take some time. What I do mind is that I have to sit around and "wait my turn" to begin, dispite the fact that I qualify to begin now.

Man this is pretty bad.. I don't think it's right that us pre-publish unlockers aren't swinging our sabers as we speak... I really think it was a bad step to make the people who earned their slot like the rest of the jedi playing right now wait THAT much longer, BS.
Heh, too bad the "Astromech Stats" don't cover account cancellations... there'd be a hell of a spike for this day I'm sure.

Can you imagine what Jump to Light Speed will be like? Then imagine the total lack of attention the current aspect of the game will get. I mean come on...they cant even fix the server lag on Dantooine.

You cannot reasonably expect players who've been anticipating this patch to suddenly sit on their behinds and wait 1-6 months just in case some old man visits them. And that's just the waiting! Factor in the time for quests and the poor saps who might be in Group 4 (like me) are looking at a YEAR before they get Padawan!! You're all crazy if you think anybody but the most hardcore (and mentally deficient) gamer is going to put up with that.
It gets me wondering if this isn't some sort of perverted tactic to get people interested in JTL while they wait for their shot at Jedi.
Well I'm telling you right now, you keep on this course and you can stick SWG and your precious Jump to Lightspeed where the sun don't shine.

unlocked and still nothing. furious, what a wasted day, if it was going to be 1-3 day or more, then it would have been nice to know that, I dont know YESTERDAY! you would think that would have been the right thing to do. dropped the ball. and lost some ppl today. that is to bad. you hold the power we just ask that you are responsible with it.

ok i been waiting all day and no OLD MAN i am getting skick of waiting for him i thought we was supost to get FS today man i am real get SICK why do we have to wait now i have all the money i need i have all the crystals i need i have all the pearls i need i have ever thing i need to make a LS with i have all my xp max out and all i am doing is wait COME ON PLZ i am getting sick of wait PLZ FIX THE OLD MAN I REAL WANT TO PLAY AS A JEDI i am sorry for the cap but it is a very tuff thing to talking about i just want to play as a jedi plz do something about it
