Than by all means, give us the other examples and make us understand why this was necessary. Because right now you have a whole mess of combat players who recieved a sudden nerf and no one understanding whyit was done. And now we are told that it will be fixedduring the mythical combat balance? You guys have changed the whole complex of battle with this, you know. We can't get one damn positive fix tothe combat system that benefits anyone because "It will all be fixed in the combat revamp", but you guys seem to have no problem throwing in random nerfs that effect everything.

No, Jedi can wear armor - - they just can't wear armor and use Force powers. And fwiw, its not *just* because of Jedi...there were other instances as well. That was just the best example.
Funny. Didn't you guys screw up crafting only to fix it immediately the next day because players did not like it?
Or did I mis-read something? /no_icon_for_"that's pretty pathetic"
So you admitthe fix is poorly done, yet you think that the fact you're going to fix it sometime in the future somehow excuses its current state? I truly hope the Devs all stay at SOE where the worst they can do is screw up a game. God help us all if they take this same attitude towards building bridges, writing gov't defense software, etc.

Bounty Hunters have a particular pain with this because it hamstrings some of their most effective combos. There are other examples of this as well, but the change was necessary. The other aspect to this is that players were using these macros to compenasate for certain combat shortfalls. The right answer for the game is to address those things in the combat balance.

Third, everything else you said was gibberish. That's why I didn't respond at all...your numbers validated my argument, and I couldn't understand the rest.

The fact is that; ALL PLAYERS ARE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF A MINORITY !!
Yeah your right there sir,its too bad because that seems to be the case now days with online games.People just don't play them like regular people they live with only what seems to be a neverending task of trying to have the best of everything ..even if it includes having to use shortcuts.
I like you hope they find a workaround for this but at the moment it seems to be the best they can do because I bet the minute they try to create a quick alternate answer to the problem people will just try and find another way![]()

I've been told that if you do not use specials when you are attacking the lair for the last 1000 HAM or so the missions will pay off for you every time. I've tried it a couiple times and it has worked for me.
No offense but this is bantha poo.
I tried this and every other "work around" and they are as random as using all my tools.
The only thing that works better than letting me do what I should be able to do....is to run my missions from a remote term in a smallish player city away from the crowds. This is because (apparently) there is a server overload issue which m ay be at the center of this bug.
But I digress.
I could care less what causes this, or why it happens, or if there is a work around for it.
I want to play the game at full capacity.
This bug still exists and NONE of my reports have been given the courtesy of a response.

Well, if it makes you feel any better the ones they do respond to are the same, we are aware of this problem and there is nothing we can do to help you, we hope this does not take away from your enjoyment blah blah blah. The standard we really don't care about our customer base response.

Sorry but the pedantic demon inside me wants to know what it was that jedi Darth Vader was wearing in all the movies if it wasn't armour?
Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that was armor....
Darth Vader was 75% machine, and I think 1/2 the suit was life support, whereas the other half was just clothing covering his machine parts.
The only thing that was shiny or hard (like armor should be) is his helmet, which was was meant to keep oxygen in.

Very few dev responses on this train wreck of a patch, So either 1 they can't decide what to do after spending 2 months getting this patch ready and finding they could lose a lot of their customer base or 2 they're just going to ignore all of us and carry on the way they are as they don't care what we think
It's 2

There is a serious issue about vendors in new publish!
All sales instead of going unsucessfull and getting to storage for 7 days ar permanently lost, after sale expire occures. This must be fixed ASAP.
By doing this you leave us no choice but to close all sales untill it is fixed.
I can't sit near my vendor and examine all my sales items one by one and withdraw/sale them. There are too many of them.
