2 passed out from lack of mountain dew and coffee
3 passed out from what they thought was vasarian brandi but ended up jack daniels
4 taking a bloody break and refilling expresso machine
5 ran out of power bars

Hey Tiggs thanks for quoteing my post, That's a first for me
however I meant, " we are currently experiencing problems with an access cluster on the east coast servers" blah, blah,. as a non-vague answer
But your answer certainly qeulches a lot of my curiosity
Let me try this.. We have these ops guys that talk opsese and they are talking to these engineer dudes who talk enginese. They are all in a chat with the techs talking techese along with the DB's that I am not sure what language it is they speak (oraclese maybe?). At any rate they are all gabbing and everyone once in a while I see "Tiggs do you get that?" I just nod and smile at that point and tell you guys the servers are still being worked on =)
DB's, BD's? Are they trying to talk to Battle Droids? *loses all faith*
I think she means databaser'ers or something =0
Errm. DB as in the databoys =)

DBA's are DataBase Analysts. They tend to be short, slightly balding men, who earn too much money, but somehow have a fit girlfriend. These guys really know how to paaarty (/sarcasmoff)

So, tiggs, when can we expect the loot revamp to be revamped? It flat out stunk. Maybe they're not done with it. I don't know. These kinds of technical problems happen all the time. I'm thankful that at least in my 1+ years of playing SWG that these things are expected to happen. You guys do know that SWG is not mentioned anywhere in the top 10 of most popular games right now? Lest you think MMO's don't make those lists reference WoW and EQ2 to refresh your perspective. For too long this game was the cream of the crop, because everything else out there was crap. Not so anymore. You all got comfortable being number 1 and doing the status quo. Tiggs, I dare you to go play WoW or EQ2. You're going to quickly see why this game doesn't compete any longer. Can it be saved? Not on the path it's on right now. I'm not trying to be hateful, but I would like some folks there to wake up and see where this is headed. The most popular MMO subject that could ever be conceived, star wars, is melded with a booming style of game, the MMO. After much folly, it's quickly burried under the weight of good development, good planning, and good vision by such titles as everquest and wow. sad
It's people like you that cause others not to appreciate swg, been here since beta, gonna be here forever! Hooya!

ibrockbottomed- i'd just like to say I only just joined this game (well just over a month ago) and i think it rocks... all the extra stuff they keep piling on is a huge bonus, so i'm not sure i agree with you...

You see, the hamsters crossed a server line and vanished from SOEs inventory. Now they have to go declare overt, /sit, and /logout for 30 minutes.

Have I really been here for 6 hours?
I've had like 3 teas and 4 coffees, and I believe I may soon start barking.
