I'd like to see creatable chat rooms with password pretection for raids with more than one group. I know this is a new feature but since the chat system is already in game... lol

The current layout is hard to read and looks like crap. Badges need to be displayed the way they are on the player control panel.

Since there is no real place for us to post general game play issues, here I am once again, posting here with a general game play issue.


My big beef about the krayts is how I can be 60m away and Incaps me without even moving in my direction. I say they need to seriousl look at these things. I understand how they are supposed to be the biggest baddest beast in the galaxy. I also understand that they are supposed to be hard. I have no problem with that. But if I can't use tactics within the limit of my equipment then they need to be reprogrammed. I'm sorry but I need to stay within 64m so I can even shoot it. I need to stay far enough away because they do move fast and I need that "breather" room. Like when driving a car. But if I'm at 60m shooting at it, and it barely twitches, and I'm incapped, something is wrong. Don't tell me it's lag either, cause it happens all the time, to everyone.


Do devs, take a look at the krayt code, and stop them from using "deathlook" on us. The need to come into melee range to hit us. Period. They don't have any ranged attacks, and they don't have any kind of "deathlook/evil eye" so don't play that game with us. Just make it fair with the equipment you gave us.

Make all starports and shuttles like theed's. Here is my reasoning. My friends and I are all casual players. We were hunting on rori and we also live in a player city on talus. We logged on to return to our city and to do a few missions from our in town mission terminal. We started by taking a player city shuttle to narmle (I think that's teh name of the town in the south west of rori) which we waited about 5 minutes for. Then we waited almost the full 10 minutes for the shuttle from rori to theed, then tried to get to coronet as soon as possible. Theed thank god has a shuttle that leaves all the time so that was no problem. Once we got to coronet it we had just missed our shuttle so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next shuttle. So we were planning on playing for an hour and by the time we got back to talus about 25 minutes had passed just by waiting for shuttles. This is the most annoying aspect for my friends and I in this game because we like to adventure, but if it takes half of our playing time each time we log in just to travel to a remote planet, then we aren't getting anything out of the game. Also, you are sort of stuck staying in the starport because if you miss the shuttle because you were trying to do a mission in between while you wait then you have to wait all over again.


Proposed Solution:


1. Make all shuttles like the one in theed


or


2. Make it so you don't always have to cross over on different planets. Make it so you can take a direct flight from anywhere to anywhere. Maybe it doesn't fit the continuum or whatever feel your going for, however, neither does an instant warp to coronet, then a burst run to buy another ticket in hopes of getting back in time to make your flight.

I'm really getting fed up with the AoE bug.


For those of you who don't know, it's a bug that takes an AoE attackand focusses it on one person. This means that if you have 10 things engaged in melee with a target, and it does an AoE attack on that group, there's a possibility that all 10 of those attacks will only hit one person in that group. Since it's mostly the big creatures that do these kinds of attacks (Enraged Rancors comes to mind), that's about 300-400 damage per hit, meaning about 3000-4000 pts of damage to a single person in the attacking group from a single attack.


The Pistoleer forum noted this bug a long time ago, when some pistoleers noticed that Fan Shot was occasionally hitting a single target for ultra-mega damage, rather than the group of them. Now it's starting to show up in PvE from larger mobs that have an AoE.


You can see it in action once I get home to post screenshots of it.


Last night while hunting with a large group on Dath, I was hit by it no less than 8 times in a 2 hr period. So it's not all that rare, either. And I noticed pets and other meleers were being hit occasionally by it too (you could tell becuase the combat spam shows the mob hitting a single target 10 times in a row).

This took me down from the fully buffed and powerboosted status of around 3k ham to zilch, both times.


Can we get this FIXED? There is NO way this is working as intended...

Okay, I'm new to this posting, but here goes. I want to ask why they have hurt the faction pets so badly. What is the point to only having one pet out, and you can't trade it, nor can it attack anything but a faction enemy? What is the point in them? I grinded early, got me an AT ST, decided I never wanted to grind out for two more, so got two DT. Now I can't do squat with them, andall that time is wasted. And when are they going to fix the uniform hat? It hasn't worked since day one. Without the hat, every other piece of uniform can be duplicated by tailors. And as far as I can tell, there is no rank badges as the game promised in the begining for your uniform. I understand that might be difficult, but couldn't we at least get a name tag when we are overt or something? If I got to walk around as surface marshal Justicar, that would be worth the time to grind out to me. I would really like to see some major work done to rev up the faction system, as it stands, there just isn't really a lot of point to it. One last question... WHY are the Zabaraks considered Imp prefered. I get the penaltys for the other races, although it kinda kills most people playing imps, probably why rebs travel and packs and stomp us at ever turn. But one Zabarak in the entire saga and they are suddenly all warm and fuzzy with the Empire? Just had to ask. Could we get some Chiss in a future expansion then? I've met Thrawn, so at least one out there.Would love to seea Chiss Jedi, or put together a Chiss squad in the space expansion.

Would love to see a Y axis added to the movment of objexts in my house so I dont have tu use the stairs to place a object on a table that is between stairs...its either kinside the table or inches above and looks bad.


I just want to be able to perfectly place an object on a table without stairs. Thank you.
