Wait, the armor is being dropped as a SCHEMATIC? Why? Wouldn't it make more sense to take the actual armor from the enemy you just killed?

PS - Jodo Kast is only the COOLEST Mandalorian Bounty Hunter. Boba got really lucky against him.

Oh, and for those who are under the mistaken impression that Jodo was "trying to be like Boba" how come Jodo used different extra features in his armor? The whole trademark of Jodo was the poison darts. Nobody else used those and those were Jodo's calling card. So how could you say that just because they both wore the mandalorian battle armor that Jodo was trying to be like Boba. This is pure poppycock.

first point. Boba Fett has a Flame Thrower that he shoots from the wrist with. So did Jango. Jango was in the Mandalorian Army when they were in full force. Yes you may say they were commandoes, but the fact of the matter is, Jango became a Bounty hunter and he taught Boba his COMMANDO Skills and BOUNTY HUNTER Skills to be the best. oh and did you know Jango was a pistoleer too? oh wait! Boba Was a Carbineer to add to the skill tree. I think they are just too leet to be skilled like us.
It don't matter who whore it, you said Thrawn was impersonating a bounty hunter, IMPERSONATING! That means he doesn't count as a bounty hunter does he? You know how many wore mandalorian Armor besides Boba and Jango? Fenn Shysa, Tobbi Dala who were dubbed "Supercommandoes from Mandalore" And don't forget that guy named Jodo Kast. Why not mention Montross who was at one point a banned member of the mandalorian army and "Bounty Hunter" rival to Jango.

Let me guess... this armor cannot be worn by wookies. Even though we make really good bounty hunters lol...or at least the scylla wookies

Ok I have only read the first few pages of this post
here are my 2 cents
Any one should be able to wear it or else who would go there? I know I wouldent go and work hard to get armor that only some one else can use
Also if you dont like giveing your schematics taht you "worked" hard for buy a factory put the schematic in the factory with all of the things needed to make it and push the big craft button, in maybe a minute you will have armor that you made well sort of made.
and honestly the only part of it that I want is the jet pack

i had a look at that place yesterday. there were HUGE groups of abut 70 or so. and they couldnt get pas the first 3 rooms. i couldnt even get inside with all the super battle droids running around.
on a lighter note, that jet pack screenshot is awsome. what do you have to do to get it? is it in a mag seal container down there? cause if it is, i wont rest untill i have one

AV-21's, Mandalorian Armor, Jetpacks, Savage Rifles and DE-10 pistols...all nice little time-consuming side-show distractions in the big scheme of SWG. When will SOE deliver more, truer "Star Wars" encounters like large-scale, schedule/recurring NPC battles between imperial forces and rebel forces that player(s) can go to and participate in?
SWG isn't about dueling the next snot-nosed kid over and over, the devs need to redirect and take things to the next level. Planting loot may make the bubble-gum-trading-card kiddies happy (oooh! you got the Mando armor! Wow...i'll trade you 2 AV-21's for it...pfft), but it doesn't make this game more "Star Wars" in look/feel.
Let us go participate in the (lopsided) Battle of Hoth. Let us go to a never-before seen battlefield every other hour and participate in the next active round of fighting between the two sides on a regular basis. If a lot of players show up, make NPC's start disappearing. Make rank mean something and have the upper ranked members be able to give commands to NPC's on the battlefield, directing them where to strike or when to run. Let us sink our teeth in PvE Star Wars Battles!!! The title of the game isn't "Star Wars Dueling and Trinket Hunting/Trading", so quit trying to pacify the kiddies with loot dungeons and crank out some real, honest-to-SW battles for crying out loud...

Ok all of you who think that mandalorian armor should be MBH only are crazy. Commandos have to work just as hard as BH's do. And onlyJango and Boba were BH's all the others were mercs. thankyou. I really don't care who gets it just as long as it's not BH's only. I think it should beMCommando that gets it because BH already got there own armor.

While I agree it should be available to a few master classes. And I agree Mandalorians are not "Bounty Hunters", I also agree that most of this is EU speculatin anyway. Using Canderous as an example is silly. Bioware's EU tales are different from SOE's.
But the statement above, Commandos have to work just as hard as Bounty Hunters to get to Master is pure fantasy. Every tree you have is "Heavy Weapons." Every one of our trees is different. Including the gawdawful investigation tree which has to be done, to thoroughly be loathed. I know I'm gonna hear the knee-jerk "well you chose it." I did, and I'm happy with it. But if all of BH was heavy weapon XP I would have been done with it two days after getting LLC IV. This has nothing to do with how I feel about Mando armor, which, like Jedi I feel should not be included in the game. At least not while I can't got to Dantooinewithout it being a big ball of laggy crap. 2X 2.0G Athlon MP, Radion 9200 128mb, 1.5G RAM. I think my system can handle it.
SOE has so much stuff to fix and they give us another hole in the ground to after "uber loot." It is still uber loot even if has to be crafted. To bad I'm crazy for the genre or I'ld drop this game like a hot potatoe.

Ok, its all well and good saying that only Bounty Hunters should wear the armour. Try to imagine the stir if this really happens. youve gone through this dungeon getting killed by god knows what. you finally get there. wait for the crafter to make it for you. Then you find that you cant wear it. The only real point of doing a dungeon like this is to collect the prize.
So answer me this:
You are all excited about getting this really "cool" or "hip" armour. then you get there, its been crafted for you. Then you realize you can't wear it.
So there forth ending in a waste of a publish, well except for Bounty Hunters.
