I agree, I am tired of always having to drag a bunch of people to some cave just to get some cool loot. This is getting real old.

I am not trying to say that the devs have not put lots of work into htis death watch thing, but here is what it LOOKS like form out here in player land...

Dev 1: Well we need something new, people are slowing down on corvette missions.

Dev 2: How about we give them that armor we have been hanging on to, you know the bubble feet stuff.

Dev 1: You mean the Bounty Hunter armor that was worn by Bobba Fett?

Dev 2: Yeah thats the guy!

Dev 1: Did you even watch the movies, you were supposed to view one of them at orientation?

Dev 2: What movie?

Dev 1: Nevermind, where can we put this armor?

Dev 2: How about in a cave!

Dev 1: Nah, thats too easy, we need something more challenging and intiricate. A nice eventful story drivrn quest for it would be good.

Dev 2: Yeah but that would take a long time. How about we put it in a cave with lots of really really hard stuff.

Dev 1: /sigh. Ok, ok, but didn't we use that a couple of times already?

Dev 2: Yeah but people love that! See how many people logged on yesterday, they love our new stuff!

Dev 1: Ok, lets do that, then we can get to work on that space expansion.

Dev 2: You mean this game includes outer space too! WOW!

Ok maybe a bit harsh, but really, can we try to steer away from the "bring your uber guild with you" missions please?

i am not a BH, but i think this armour should only be wearable by BHs, if i saw say a fencer/pistoleer/cm/etc wearing this it would really spoil the starwars feel of this game for me. perhaps only MBH, they should afterall have such a benefit for being a MBH over the dabbler

I totally agree with you.

Ditto!!!

I have been a Master BH for a long time and we have the longest road to travel to earn the title and use up all but 33 skill pts.

Boba and Jango were BH's so it should be a BH wear to keep in-line with Star Wars!

You never see in the movie a Jedi, Bartender or what ever profession wear that type of suit but a BH!

These quests are all good and everyone has their opinion but, being a wookiee - looks like i'm left out in the cold again! Can't see a wookie BH wearing the armor all the fur would be busting out of the seems. LOL Is there a chance that an alternative loot could be available based on the character?

I still don't want to be human - love being a Wookiee!!!

Well HERE'S an idea. Not that I have any problem with adding new content, but it definitely should be done after all other things are fixed.

A few things stand out in my mind. Especially this whole "balanced" idea. Is this intended so that it's possible for a Jedi to be a meager and pathetic PvP class that can be easily killed by BH? If everything is "balanced" then what's the point of being a Jedi. Jedi are so loved because they are un-"balanced."

The second would be making changes that will get everyone to stop complaining about crafters, like everyone believes they have such easy lives in SWG and all they do is sit back and rake in cash. I have spent the last three weeks on Lok getting killed by aggressive creatures for trying to place harvesters to get the materials I need to make stuff to get higher crafting levels. I can expect BH and others to be ready for combat, but an Artisan? Gimme a break. Half the time I can't put up another harvester cuz when I take one down the surplus maintenance just disappears. Nothing like setting down a harvester one day before resource shift and having to uproot it and lose the energy I put in to power it for several days. Oh, such an easy life....

The fact of the matter is that no matter how much anyone complains it's all about one thing. If you don't want to play the game the way the devs make it or intend it to be played, then you don't have to stick around and pay money so we can listen to you whine about how rich all the crafters and artisans are.

Why is a Bounty Hunter based mission require a large group? A true Bounty Hunter works alone. This Massive Group requirement for these missions is getting OLD!!!!

Says who? You? You must not know a damn thing about bounty hunters then.

Bounty hunters do whatever it takes to fulfill their contract. If that involves hiring help, then they will do it. This goes for Star Wars and this goes for real life.

I guess Jango Fett wasn't a true bounty hunter because he hired Zam to kill Amidala, huh. Boba Fett wasn't a true bounty hunter either because he had help from Vader in apprehending Solo. Whatever.

I am not a true star wars fan I don't know much about the Mandolorians, but i agree with everyone else about the armor should be looted not made. How about this make an item to where only a crafted can read it and that will tell you where to find the armor like in a special room or something. That would make it a little more fun to find. Like i said befor i don't know much about the Mandalorians, or the death watch, BUt i do beleive that the armor should only be worn by master combat professions. I would hate to see a Image designer with this armor on it would kill the armor. Like comp everywhere you go you see someone in a full set. There should be certs for every set of armor so that not everyone will be able to wear it.

You know what the way you get it is simple.

1. Get a set of full bounty hunter armor.

2. Go to Endor (If the devs keep it there)

3. Do the dungeon.

Now here comes the hard part and they might change this. Youll need a master armorsmith, weaponsmith, and droid engineer. when you use the bounty hunter armor with the crafting staitions in the dungeon. when u tranform the peices you have mando armor.

This what it is aon TC..... so be happy and now you know how to get it!!

Why must every expansion and significant update to every MMORPG have to do with adding uber, high level content and adventures instead of adding content for everyone.

Why not add a few new armor types in the game, more weapons, more (both pratical and cool) droids, along with basically just enhancing the game from WITHIN instead of adding to the top.

Damn man, Anarchy Online made this mistake with their expansion: Shadowlands, which went TOTALY against their original statement about the game. Now this. Will devs ever learn? I can just see you guys hanging around the dev table or whatever, talking up a storm about how great it would be to add in advanced quests for players to get this Mandalorian armor. It's not that hard to enhance a game, just open up your eyes a little bit and step away from the Everquest mentality.
