You definitly owe us something for coercing us into investing into a game you have no immediate plans, or priority to fix

I have. I've been going over the details, the history and the effect this announcementis having on the community for some time now. I've spent more than a couple of sleepless nights in the past couple of weeks thinking about this post. It's not easy for anyone involved.
I'm not sure how much more I can take of this game. TH is in an impossible position, but this is intolerable. Based on what I have seen, short term subscriber growth is the top priority at SOE. They are doing everything and anything they can get to lure in new subscribers, but doing almost nothing; in fact HARMING, the current player base. We have been down the road of just how bad customer service is in general at SOE (worst I've ever encountered, in any industry). And TH's post above clearly indicates that they have known this was coming for some time. **edit**? The sheep will not keep paying forever.
I am a project manager, and if I missed dates like SOE does, I would be fired. There seems to be a plan, then there is no execution to the plan. The customers are told one thing, then another, then another. This is very poor service. Is there a project manager? What has happened on this project, too many bugs to fix in too little time, too few resources, what? SOE throwing TH into the fire with a thread like this just isn't going to cut it for much longer. I would bet that there is going to be a measureable decline in subscribers because of this event. My bet is that the bean counters thought it would be better to lose some now and hope to regain them when JTL comes out and most of the bad blood would have been forgotten with a new wave of players.
It was SOE that introduced the hologrind, which nearly destroyed the game. Then they had to spend considerable resources to fix a problem that THEY induced. Then we are told we have to wait for fixes to systems, fixes to bugs, fixes to game play, while the only focus is on new subscribers. You cannot sustain your business model on new subscribers alone, you have to be able to keep people engaged in the game; unless your team really is so slim that the game sale is enough to sustain operations?
Whoever is responsible for this business should be fired. The absolute poor customer service, the failure to meet schedules, and the defamation of the Star Wars experience is horrific. I simply can't believe someone hasn't been fired for this.
I really wanted to wait for the JTL, I had such high hopes, but it is PAINFUL when I consider I am PAYING for four accounts in my house.
This is well beyond TH, SOE should be ponying up an executive to help explain what is going to be done to correct the very poor management of this entire project to gain any credibility with the community. I don't want to hear about publish this or that anymore, that is just empty talk.
WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT OF THIS PROJECT
