Vendors
Unused Vendors - Vendors who go too long without being used will get deleted from the game. The only events that constitute use are placing a new item for sale on the vendor, or a customer buying an item from the vendor. Checking a vendor's status, paying maintenance, withdrawing sales, having offers placed, or accepting offers are all events that do not reset the Last Used timer. If a vendor goes 14 days without having a new item placed for sale, or an item purchased, then the vendor gets flagged as Unused. If a vendor remains Unused for a 14 days, it becomes in danger of getting deleted. When this happens, the player will be sent an email warning. If the vendor continues to be unused for an additional 14 days, the vendor gets deleted. Any items for sale on the vendor, items in the Stock Room, and offers to that vendor will be deleted with the vendor.
So, if a vendor's stock doesn't move, and they have a bad month in sales, they not only get their vendor but also their wares deleted. That makes a LOT of sense. That was sarcasm. I think that's a pretty shady way to treat your Merchant.
If I crate up 400 Max Combat Rating R3's and don't sell any in a month, yet keep paying my maintenance and checking on my vendor, you will delete all my droids. That's ridiculous.
I really see no point in you guys hurting (and possibly even crippling) a Merchant for having a bad month.
I hope you folks reconsider this "unused" vendor function. It seems exceptionally, and needlessly, harsh.
If someone pays maintenance on their house, but they don't enter it or drop anything in it for a month, does the house automatically get deleted? NO. Why are you doing this to vendors? I pay my maintenance on my vendor, I make sure it's stocked, so leave me and my businessalone. Stop trying to ruin the game for me, just because I'm a Merchant.
Can't see your problem here...then you remove 1 crate and put it up for sale again and thats it.

I really don't like this change.
My Jedi is merciful (shut up -- I'm serious) and I haven't yet DBed a single BH who's come after me. Why can't the developers get it through their heads that not all Jedi want to be murderers?
Because developers use mechanics to simplify there work. I bet my head the guy who implemented it fixed the Tef bug by using the death blow code instead of the incap event.
Now, if the guy had looked beyond the implementation diificulty, he could have seen that he incorporated a way for the BH to keep the Jedi mission forever, by having a friend duel at all time with a DB macro on him and when he dies, the jedi has no chance of Db him (and the friend is ungroup to avoid a jedi tef).

no s**t. hey tiggs, NOBODY HAS SAID A PEEP ABOUT THIS. WHY? i just can't fathom why you put broken features in the game and then fail to address it in any shape or form.

You guys are not ready what she is saying. It is not just that you don't sell anything but if you don't check your vendor with 15 days. That is two weeks. A good merchant checks his vendor at least once every 2 days. Whether your slow or not, I am sure you can put something in your vendor to sell or reaarrgned the price. It is not that big of a deal.Stop being so lazy.

This is utter, complete and totalBULLS***.
Why should I be punishedby having millions of credits worth of inventory deleted if my vendors have a slow month? Why should I be forced to use the GOD AWFUL interface to pull and re-place an item just so my stuff doesnt get deleted?!?!?!
Go ahead and delete my vendors, and you'll see 3 accounts getcancelled.
...the dev crackdown continues...

Jedi should now be able to completely clear their visibility after 3 weeks if they don't do anything else to increase it during this time. Visibility is gained when drawing your lightsaber or using force powers for each NPC or non allied PC within range.
i have already seen a ton of post on this note...can you elaborate further on what gains visiblilty?
I think it is explained here
