Didn't get the reward (I really hope this gets fixed)

Went on the quest didn't get to fight the tuskens yet though

I think its great that you actually have to visit somewhere interesting as part of a quest instead of just going out in to a random part of the desert. Keep him at fort tusken but make it so you just have to be in a group that helped kill him.

I tried to fight him while being fully buffed and armored I lasted about 2 seconds

According to the contents of thedata files, Victor should be giving out that rifle, an E11 carbine, or a gaderiffi baton.

Also, if that rifle has a working certification, it is theonly kinetic damage rifle in the game because the Tusken rifle was changed to energy damage in publish 4 (this was not in patch notes, there is no logic behind it, and there has been no response to correspondent and player inquiries) and still has not been fixed.

The Tusken quest is stupid. Go all the way out there with a group, wait for a 200k+ HAM tusken spawn, kill it, and MAYBE it'll drop ONE head so ONE person can finish the quest. This needs to be changed to a dynamic scythe-like quest, or some other way to allow more people to do the quest without having to camp stupidly hard NPCs for days.

Why bother with the second part if the first part is bugged?

SONY, this is a simple fix for now. Setup his assistant or another NPC in that room to give out the banner if you drop the datadisc on it like you've done before. Appease all the voters who have been waiting a month for this treat.
