Problem is, the costumes are limited. Most of us would show up as Tusken Raiders since that's the easiest suit to come across. Maybe some would show up in DIS or Mandalorian armor, but we're limited.

I just dont understand the excitement I guess.

Last year we had some cool costumes....a VERY realistic wonderwoman outfit and some other creative ones.

This year, not as much...save for the winner of the contest - a 70's pimp. Lol...it WAS a bit creative, but funny as hell when he did a dance that made him look right out from the 70's....

Happy Halloween! I think the devs are going to give us a trick (no treats like free resources ) but hell it's halloween so at least put somthing "scary" in the game like theed being invaded or at-at destrying stuff. just an idea from the top of my head.

( If you were at the fanfest and saw a wanna be tusken raider that was me and thats my costume and those canadians finally sent the masked i ordered.)

Is there any way we as players can get involved with live events so that we can make them a more frequent occurance? I helped exterminate some spiders the other day and it was a blast. I'd love to see more of these kinds of things happening all over the place!. Keep up the good work! Live events are sweet!

Of course no events on Gorath. I dont know why no one ever wants to put together a live event on my server. Oh well. Guess ill just play JTL.

Hey at least E&B got in the spirit of the seasons, Ohhhh how I miss that game and yes many months later seeing the pumpkins fly was not so great but a small price to pay for the fun of others. I mean not many other MMO's give any thought to the holidays as E&B did.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes! E&B had the best holiday events! All hail Pumpkin Chuckers and Eyeball Poppers! Here's hoping SWG gets in the same spirit by Christmas and releases the Snowball Blaster and put a big white beard and red hat on the "old man"!

Too bad SOE wants to have a life of their own. Would have been nice to have a few CSRs or Devs show up as blue glowies (I am sure that code is still around somewhere) and host an event or two...

Halloween in Swg , sounds nice, Tho it be Nicer if We had some " MASKS " , to wear .

I mean really man, putting a costume together w/the clothes in swg that we have is pretty easy , BUT having ' NO Masks ' = its no sense celebrating in here .

So i'll be waiting too see if Swg helps on this issue , like the last 57 that they havn't lol.
