Thread: What's on the plate for tomorrow messages...
It is already against all logic and reason that they remove incapacitation from bleeds, since now all they do is reduce their targets respective HAM down to zero, but do not incap or kill.
It does not stick with common logic, as in real life if you are bleeding, you WILL DIE if you lose too much blood. A person or creature will lose consciousness first, and then eventually die from loss of blood. It is no coincidence that blood loss is the main reason for injury/trauma related deaths, in almost all cases. In the end, its our retention of blood and the reduction/elimination of infection, combined with the bodies natural healing processes that allows us to survive ANY injnury at all.
In this players opnion, alot of problems are related to the developers lack of comprehension or implimentation of simple logical concepts and real world applicable science.
If the developers would actually consider such simple scientific principles and at least make an attempt to impliment them properly, alot of players might appreciate their gaming experience at least upon the grounds of the usage of common sense.

So by your real world scientific principles we should all get killed by one head shot or eye shot, should be completely immobilized by a leg shot etc. Come on, this is a video game, its not real world, which means that things dont have to function on a real world basis. Get over it.
Oh I see. Well if its "Just a game" then There should be ABSOLUTELY NO WHINING at all, 100%. If its just a game and people should get over it, then these forums serve absolutely no function at all.
Excuse me, but Im paying for this "Game" and therefore, I have just as much right to state my opinon as anyone else. Your reply was not only immature, but pointless. Please dont waste forum space with useless replies.
Continuing on my previous point, it does not stick with logic that bleeds wouldnt stack.
Lets suppose I shoot you in the chest, and then I shoot you in the head. Both shots are used with healthshot 1 and/or 2, but according to the Combat window, I had a "Left Leg Hit" and a "Head hit" ? If its a bodyshot, then apparently its forcing a health bleed only, regardless of where the shot actually lands on the target. If I shoot you in the chest, and you start to bleed, then if I shoot you in the leg and you start to bleed there, BOTH bleeds should be valid, not merely one.
Again the use of simple logic would validate my point, and if logic is not to be used then it shouldnt matter where your shot lands, just so long as the appropriate HAM is effected. Therefore, different armor pieces are useless, since a desired skill effects only a particular HAM attribute, not the region impacted.
Its also no coincidence that in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, a single shot CAN and DOES Kill your player, and getting shot in the leg does force your mobility to decrease.
I found that game far more realistic, and far more enjoyable as far as anticipation is concerned. This game has virtually zero anticipation, as everything is queued and lined up like a list of pre-defined instructions and calculated circumstances. Preparedness with opportunity equals "Luck". This game lacks proper implimentation of danger and mystery, as well as anticipation of the unknown. All targets can be seen on the radar from 100m away, and selected as well as examined even when line of sight does not permit. Most of the threats are already ascertained with zero effort by the player, as Aggressive creatures are clearly displayed in red.
Man what a uber-badass radar all these people must be carrying. It makes for a quick assessment and easy escape on my Swoop bike long before any danger can ever reach me. Hell, I can even take out a Dark Jedi Master on my own, simply because he's too stupid to burstrun, or use a vehicle while I encircle him and bleed/bail him to death.
Game over, have a nice day.
Im surprised people still havent figured out the basics of this game, its community is a majority of people with an IQ of 80.
Why do I play? For the tight-knit community of people who are not like you Emperor_Pimpatine, because they actually bring good conversation and spice up our "adventures" with a bit of slapstick humor, 99% of which is always directed as sarcasm at the developers failings.
It's obvious that the dev team has no clue as to what's going on anymore. There are literally a ton of bugs that are known that they have done nothing to fix. Every swing of the nerf bat seems to hurt the imperials more. Faction pets that won't attack enemy TEFs and overts, faction bases that provide no defense while the walls can be shot and diseased/poisoned through. Turrets that refuse to fire. The large joke called the AT-ST. Let's face it, the rebellion has already won in this game and the Dev team could care less. You'll notice that there is no way to direct comments to them anymore. All communication with them is all one way, with no way to provide feedback. Should you say something they disagree with, you are banned. Meanwhile exploiters are allowed to run rampant with no fear of repercussions from SOE.
I realize that nothing will come of this rant, for they could care less of what the real player base really feels.

(not saying the devs are, but sony IS)
As for you commenting on peoples IQ.. IQ is intellgence quote, and it refers to ones mental ability compared to their physical age. And IQ of 80 is a tiny bit below average, and not bad at all. .
IQ of 60 is around borderline mental retardation(most mild form).. thanks OmniDo for your (lack of) physchological knowledge.
Umm, what's "physchological" knowledge? Little tip, if you wanna look smart look up the big words to make sure you can spell them.
Also, maybe your parents told you an 80 IQ is a tiny bit below average to make you feel good, but that's wrong. 100 is average by definition, and you're right that 60 is borderline retarded, so that makes 80 about half retarded lol.
