Does anyone know if 9.1 has brought us our much desired wookiee armour ?

(9.1 came out today as far as I know)

I do not know if it came with the 9.1

A nother thing that we wookies need is the ability to use cloths under the armor, how fair is it that everyone else can have a shirt with skilltapes in them, but not the wookies. Put skilltape in the wookie armor would be a waist of money, since one set of armor only last a couple of days..

I am also waiting for the to fix the crafters aprons...

I myself am ouraged how long it is taking this is literally patheitc been a wookie since beta, so i would know how tuff it is to do anything real hard combat envolved. If the devs ever check the forum which i think they do they can stop reading them and actually post something or at least a date ANYTHING will be good at this point.

9.1 has come and gone, and is this much awaited armour in it, no.

So now what ?

another 2 months wait for publish 11, only to be told "sorry guys, you just aren't a priority yet, not until the jedi are happy with their profession". Maybe we should just all shave off our fur,don composite armour and become another faceless armoured clone in the crowd.

I love being wookiee, I love the diversity it gives us. But lets face it, from the evidence shown so far, the needs of every player who steps out of the mould to be a wookiee are just not a priority. I almost feel we are regarded as a 7 ft hairy joke.

Maybe thats what SOE want, everyone to play human so it simplifies their development plan.

Someone prove me wrong and give us a date on this, because to be honest, I have given up holding my breath.

I like the pics of it from http://www.swg-fr.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=33555 but I'm NOT going to hold my breath on it being any good at ALL so I won't be disappointed when I'm STILL the first thing to fall in a fight. I absolutely refuse to PvP as a wookiee until I get better armor, what's the point? To go see the cloner? Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

ok i think we got a new announcement by TH for the new wookiee-armor to come: publish 9.2

at least the new armor (whenever it may come) seems to look a lot better than the 1st one. thats something lol. dont demand better stats too, that would be prolly too much! lol

OK I have an idea. Let's just give all the Wookies that want to PvP the option to change our character to Human or something else.

Personally I'm pretty happy about the idea ofsomething to helpWookies and if armor is the option fine - but I have to agree with one of the previousposts I've read: Wookies don't wear armor. Maybe it's too late but just boost our stats somewhere else. Make our hits harder or our natural resistance better.....something. Chewie never wore armor. He was just a LOT stronger than everyone and could take more punishment than other species. Wookies are naturally more intimidating as well. Make Wookie Roar more potent, give us special force shields or something. Make our stats higher: buff higher, hit harder. The higher stat pool points made many people choose Wookie in the first place so that's a reasonable option. With the new composit armor and buffs the pitiful stat boost we got initially is totally useless.

mandon't know why the dev's wont do like alot of the wookie ask them to do make the wookie hunting armor just like the composite armor....keep the same looks of the hunting armor that u got now but make the resistances like composite armor 80% kinetic and everything i'm tired of that bull where were we got like 6 dang vulnaribilties on out armor and what resistance we do have realy sucks and our armor is so cheap it only lasts like a few days screw that all the wookies should go to coronet and spam WE WANT BETTER ARMOR and make coronet laggy as hell me myself am on the server kauri if there are any wookies here that would like to join me in try to get enough poeple together and doing this please say so on here or send me an e-mail at [email protected] plz do so as soon as possible cause i'm tired of having to listen to imps talk crap all day long to me and i can't do nothing about it cause of there armor is so strong and ours is nothing no offense to you wookie imps cause i never see a wookie im disrespect me as a fellow wookie i mean what if some guild goes to war with your guild what are you gonna do when they see you unless you have a ranged proff. and keep your distance your screwed i am sick and tired of this crap every wookie who looks at this message who plays on kauri my e-mail address is near the middle in green send me an e-mail and we "WILL" get together and form a huge group of wookies and go to coronet and spam as long as we need to until these devs do something about our armor..thank you for reading this now who's with me!!!

More evidence that SOE is understaffed...

1) 19 pages and not one update from a SOE employee.

2) I understand you cant make everyone happy, but I just came back after a 5 month break from the game (fed up with holo grind) to find that not very much has changed in 5 months!
