Thread: Most annoying text bugs?

When teaching languages to a newbie you have to teach them three things to get them to have full language capabilities. For example: Dosh, Dosh (Comprehension), and Dosh (Speech). The funky thing is.... the Dosh option (or [insert language here] with no parens) does absolutely nothing. Even a newbie human has the option to teach them Basic.

complete inability to give military titles to people on the guild terminal.... not even the widely accepted "officer" title is allowed in this game. Give us a break.

When you walk away from a musician or dancer it says something like "you stop watching Joe because it is too far away" hehe *IT* is too far away, rather than he or she

I will list all of the most anoying bugs that I have found thus far. Not all of the critical but definatly anoying.
1) The butt slide. When you sit; a random ammount of time later, you slide acorss the florr to a previouse location "still sitting".
2) Ejector seat. When exiting your speeder, while moving you are ejected much further ahead of the bike.
3) Ghost. Players randomly dissapear while in your group and you have to run 300m away and come back again to see them.
4) Text chat from guild sometimes overruns and leaves a /# at the end of the previouse line.
5) Speeder dissapearing act. Speeder sometimes auto store randomly while your sitting on them.
6) Harvesters at 0 power.When you add power it still says 0, then a random ammount of time "up to days" later suddenly the power manifests itself.
7) Long Macro's. The lines of your macro dont allways stay, so working with 8 tools, you have to remake your macro everytime you take a shuttle or relog.
8) Crashing to your dekstop when wearing certian Ubese armores and bringing everyone around you downas well, during any combat.

One of the most annoying text bugs for me is when you're in combat and it says "You hit such and such for this much damage, but him evades/blocks/dodges. Should be he or it (if referring to a critter). Just a grammar fix.

It's a bit of a letdown to have the second most important moment in the entire game have a typo.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but the word spoken by the Jawas, 'Ootini' should actually be spelled 'utinni', at least according to all the reference materials I could find. Although many people prefer your spelling 
When you /setperform as an entertainer you see the message 'You direct your performance to %TT'. The %TT needs to be cahnged to show the player name.
Also some of the Gungans in the Gungan Sacred Place POI still have no text for their conversation & missions.

From dictionary.com I found
car-a-bi-neer also car-a-bi-nier or car-bi-neer
n. A soldier armed with a carbine.
So basically all you need to do is pick one to stick with, they are all correct noun forms of the name.

I've never entered my own motorcycle. I always mount it. I see nothing wrong with mounting for the cycles... The landspeeder is another story.

lol, i was the guy who /buged the "Infiltator" one and the one about "Point Blank Single 2 is powerful than Point Blank Single 2" lol.... also i have one that bugs me.. well not sure if it is a typo, but on the emotes (Ctrl A) screen, when you use the /bleed command to call out that your bleeding or something, it says "you cannot do bleedshot" (or lack the skills?) lol

I have one! When I visit the recruiter to go back to covert(Imp) he tells me he can get it done in about 1 hours. Thats right, 1 hours. Love the game.

One thats always annoyed me, and pardon if its been mentioned already is when I move away from watching or listening to entertainers, it says 'You stop listening to <name> becuase it is too far away. we are not IT'S, and surely the game can tell the differece between a he or she.
